I came here for drinks, quickly before heading out to go out. Service was great, I was served promptly and quickly at the bar. The atmosphere and ambiance of the place is fabulous - it’s classy, inviting, clean and sophisticated.

There were multiple points of miscommunication during the meal - not having our reservation being checked off and being notified on opentable; having two waitresses ask for our drink orders; and then having the chef come and let us know the kitchen was closing without realizing we had already ordered. Besides that the food was good! Very filling. However, the dessert felt like an after thought. It had clearly come from a refrigerator and was therefore cold and hard when I assume it should have been room temp at least.

It was a celebratory brunch at Radius on Hess Street. We were given a lovely table in the centre of the restaurant and had a great time. Food was delicious. A misunderstanding with one of our orders was quickly, corrected, and we very much appreciated the complimentary birthday desserts, thank you! The salted caramel cheesecake was our fav. Also our table was unanimous - the coffee was amazing! A large group was seated behind us in the restaurant which contributed a lot of noise but only because they were enjoying themselves. As did we! Highly recommend.

Radius on Hess is a lovely spot for a relaxed, elevated Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food was very good — well-prepared and satisfying. While there were a couple of small hiccups with service details, they didn't take away from the overall experience. For the price, it's a great way to start your Sunday, and we'd happily return.

Food was excellent. Great selection of some more unique items. The won ton nachos were great halloumi and honey salad, filet steak all good.

Seated at a table by kitchen with a huge party next to us. Not ideal. Lots of tables we could have sat at to enjoy our dinner. Food and hospitality was excellent.

We have been there several times and the food is always great. Unfortunately, this time, the service was terrible. When you have to find someone to ask if there is someone serving your table, that's a problem. And no apology. Coffee was cold before we got the milk we requested. Not a good day. But my other experiences here have been good.

I was there for a family event on November 16. The atmosphere and staff were great. The food, not so much. I ordered the burger... It arrived hard as a rock and burnt black on both sides of it. It was inedible... Anyone that knows me, knows that I eat anything and everything. I had one bite and spit it out. I honestly wouldn't serve that burger to my dog.. One word of advice, don't order the burger

We just dined there a couple nights ago, and they have it decorated for Christmas and it was very pretty and festive. Welcoming hostess and owner. Cozy elegant restaurant. The menu has something for pretty much everyone. Only downside is it takes a while for the food to arrive, and would have liked an option to add a vegan protein to the vegan dish (veggie curry).

We dined at Radius on Hess for our anniversary. They have a beautiful outdoor patio set up in the summer with hanging lights, comfy chairs and inviting atmosphere. Inside is beautiful as well, perfect for date night with dim lighting and classy vibe. Food was great! We ordered: oysters, caesar salad, and steak frites. Steak was cooked well (medium rare just as we requested). Service was OK.. could improve on friendliness however overall great experience.
