Delicious food with a good atmosphere.
What a great experience for our table of 6. We are in town for the CMAO awards and had the best meal. Max is a great server, the owners are involved and create a welcoming space, the drinks were excellent and the Greek food was the best. Thank you for the great experience and we will be back when visiting Hamilton. This is a hidden gem that people need to know about.
Its amazing
Went to Radius for lunch with my friend after a morning of trying on wedding dresses. I had the radius burger and it was delicious. Our server Morgan was very kind and provided our table with a dessert as a congratulations to getting engaged.
Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was very slow due to a large party upstairs.
Was there for brunch on Mother’s Day. Well organized very welcoming staff very pleasant
I've had some very positive experiences with the food here since they relocated to Hess! Would highly recommend. I've had the Salmon Bowl and the Harissa Chicken and both had an excellently balanced flavour profile.
We were in the upstairs room for an evening wedding and loved it. The atmosphere is relaxed and a great mix of classy and celebratory. The bar is well-stocked, the service is impeccable and I love that this space has its own washrooms. I could tell they werent quite prepared for our kids (no kids cups so my 4 year old looked like she was sipping on a Russian Mule all night) ... lol, but it qasnt a big deal. They easily accommodated her request for a bowl of sliced cucumbers as her appetizer. It would be a great spot for a date night sans kiddos.
I went there with my boyfriend for our anniversary they gave as dessert on the house. Food was incredible, and our server was nice as well.
Came here for Mother’s Day brunch with a group of 6. Been coming to radius for years at multiple locations and have generally had a good experience.
Unfortunately the restaurant and the staff were not prepared for the volume of tables on Mother’s Day and we were left feeling a little ripped off given the fixed price menu was $55 per person with only coffee and tea included.
We waited for everything. The restaurant ran out of mugs/cups and served us coffee and tea in takeaway containers. From what I could see we were the only table in this position.
The first scone and fruit course took more than 25 minutes to arrive and we didn’t have our actual dishes until more than 1:20 after we arrived for our 11:00 reservation.
We were left trying to get servers to take our jam and cream covered plates for 45 minutes as we waited for our mains to come.
The food was good, as it usually is at radius, but you could tell the kitchen and front of house were struggling as some dishes were cold and had clearly been sitting.
After more than 2 hours we left. Right before we left and after we had asked for our bill we were given a glass of Prosecco as an acknowledgement of our experience being subpar. Our previous round of drinks should have been comped as no one wanted to chug a glass of Prosecco before leaving.
I understand Mothers Day brunch is one of the more difficult service shifts of the year but this felt like over promising and over paying and under delivering.

The place was amazing. The staff were great. The food was phenomenal—especially the Calamari and Lobster Linguine.

Ordered a $29 burger, waiter asked how it was, and showed him uncooked burger patty. (Red in the middle). He offered to get a new patty, but not something to ask a cook as you’re not sure what they will do to revenge. Told him I will just eat around it instead. Upon payment, no apology or offer a discount for the bill. This is poor business practice for an undercooked meal. No Tip, angry waiter! Will not return to this location, and not recommended. Will leave another review if we are sick tomorrow.

The food was really good and the waitress who served us was really helpful and seemed to genuinely like the restaurant. I liked the emphasis on local food and I have to say it was one of the best cooked salmon I've ever had.

Wait time for food was really long as the place is really understaffed. Drinks are good!

We had an amazing experience last night at Radius on Hess Restaurant for our dear friends 40th birthday! We sat on the patio and the vibe was as fantastic as the food. Great photo-op spots throughout the restaurant made for great photo memories with friends. Service was great! As the temperature dropped throughout our time there, blankets were draped over woman’s chairs to ensure everyone remained comfortable. We had so much fun. Cocktails and mocktails were delicious and the wine list (not to mention reasonable bottle prices) made the hardest part of our evening picking which ones to go with! Our fav appetizers were the Goat Cheese Spring Rolls, wonton pulled-pork tacos, ceviche, and the to-die for stacked sushi (this coming from someone who’s never particularly enjoyed sushi). What a great night. I’d absolutely recommend Radius.
