We didn't get our food on time we waited 1.5 hours then had to leave then when we got our food it was the wrong meal given to us but our service was great and I've had great experiences there before

Customer service is Great, food tastes great. The portion size for the chicken and waffle on the brunch menu is definitely to small. Besides that everyone else ordered something else and it was a good portion size. Definitely will go back but not ordering the chicken and waffle, still felt hungry afterwards.

While sat next to the bar, The male bartender on for the night appeared to be invested into the quality of his drinks he was outputting.

Rapscallion is one of our favourite date-night spots and a place we frequent often. The food is consistently incredible — the whipped feta is a must, and we also pretty much always order the calamari and charred broccoli. Every dish is so well done and full of flavour. The service is always awesome; the staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome every time. Between the amazing food and great atmosphere, Rapscallion never disappoints and is always a spot we’re excited to return to.

First visit since they moved to their James St location and it did not disappoint. We came for my wife's birthday and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The food and drinks were top notch. The whipped feta & spicy calamari were great. Can't wait to visit again.
Great atmosphere and a super fun place to take photos. The schnitzel was fantastic and the whipped feta was yummy too. Reason for 4 stars: I watched the bartender pour my glass of wine, then pour some back into the bottle (he used a funnel, but as someone who has worked in the industry a long time, it was chuckle worthy). Bread was a bit over done as well but this was minor to me. Compared to other places I’ve given 5 stars to, Rapscallion comes close! Just a few little things to refine. Definitely worth checking out if you’ve never been or enjoy speakeasy vines :) For reference we also got the Spicy Calimari and the Vanilla Passionfruit Panna Cotta. They’re located on James Street, so give a few extra minutes to find parking or wear shoes you can easily strut your stuff in :) Enjoy!

Great and fun experience at Rapscallion right before new years eve! Great spot to try different fantastic and freshly prepared appetizers, that you can easily split among friends! There's many options, but the list is limited as they prepare everything in house and fresh - so everything is specialized and detailed. Best to get a few appetizers to share to get the best experience.

Don’t get out to Hamilton that often. Rapscallion was recommended to us for a good place to eat. Not disappointed at all. All of us (6) really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Wish the restaurant was a little closer to home.
