Online order message says do not come to the cash to pick up your order... yet your order sits at the counter while staff do nothing to alert you.Business lacks the ability to perform under stress during peak times.You have to tip before you get your food. So it may not be worth the money on top of paying for what you order, if it's not to your liking. They also want you to clear your own table after eating.The seating structure needs rework. 1 person can sit at a table for 4.. leaving it difficult to have people who want to dine in the space to do so.
