Visited on Monday around 4 o’clock. 2 Staff members working didn’t even acknowledge us. Waited at the cash for a few minutes and then placed our order on the self checkout when I realized they weren’t going to take our order. 2 small mango slushies with tapioca and the total was almost $18. When our order was up the worker just put it on the counter and walked away. No communication at all. The tapioca was undercooked and hard as well.

I ordered juices, and I was asking for a cup of tap water (NOT A JUICE CUP), they asked for $1 charge for the cup only.
IT IS TAP WATER & PAPER CUP for a repetitive customer who purchased juices from their store.

Its either the quality of your mango diamond slushies have significantly diminished or your staff is really bad at making them. I tried to give grace the last time you messed up my drink. But man! This was horrible.
I loved the Mango Diamond, but I wish if it has less suger.
