Real Fruit Bubble Tea

I love this place, it's my number 1 go to spot for my Favorite Mango drink.

The milk tea tasted disgusting. They didn’t even have an ice strainer so that they could strain the ice out so I was stuck with a warm tea and it was nasty. They also didn’t put the Boba in the whole point of bubble tea is to have the Boba.The lil thirsty at rymal rd is the best bubble tea stay away from this place

Real juice and the prices are reasonable, like this place!

The worst bubble tea ever had in life, period!

It was nothing but bland watery leftover crap. Almost 3/4 of it was just filled with ice, when I clearly asked for medium cold.

This place should seriously make some changes to the way they operate and get the basics right!

Expensive but love to coconut slush with tapioca pearls

Today I bought two large mango diamond slush with tapioca and lychee. I tried many times in Real Fruit bubble tea from various locations. Thats all tastes real good. But I don’t know what happened. This time, the drinks tasted really bad. Next time try to make good drinks please. Thank you.

Bought 2 large mango slush and paid for tapioca for both but not a single one in each cup. They're not even busy that time. Check what you buy and pay for in this store people.

I visited this store yesterday and tried the strawberry and banana smoothie. It was delicious—perfectly sweet and creamy. Harpreet was super friendly, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be back!

You can ask for whole strawberries in a shake. But straw is not wide enough😂😂

Disappointed with this hairy drink my first time to come this store it end up hair on my drink they should wear hair net for safety for cleanliness.

Worst place ever to trust quality, they make juice with stickers and plastic wraps on (which comes on fruit and veggies), on asking they say, it’s not going to go in juice… as plastic don’t have water content, does it mean you will add anything solid in juicer. I hope it reached to health and food safety inspectors… don’t go there if you care for your health.

Used to love getting a slushie here but I absolutely hate coming here. I'm not talking about the higher prices or even the options, I'm talking about poor customer service. On multiple occasions, including today, I was told by a female staff member that something couldn't be done as it was no longer done by Real Fruit Bubble Tea in general. Every single time, this turned out to be a lie as the policy hadn't changed (checked online) and visited other locationd, where there was no issue getting the drink option I wanted. In terms of drink options, I mean 2 fruit flavours in a small or medium drink, adding tapioca to a small drink, removing mango chunks, and no sugar. I was told today by a female that I couldn't have a no sugar option as they no longer have that, despite them having to add sugar to every order. She also said they only offer minimum sugar (or one type of sugar: powdered or syrup) or honey. I don't want sugar because fruit is sweet enough and I want to be able to taste the fruit rather than the added sugar. That's also very incovenient to any individual with diabetes or other issues. Every time that I've come here in the past year or so, I was told to use the self checkout. This is problematic as it doesn't have certain options including no sugar. When I've told the employees that, they were always annoyed and kept insisting that I use self checkout or for anything I tried to order, they would say they no longer offered that. I've never had this issue at any other location except one other but that was an angry employee who had the same attitude with everyone. A few times, there was also only one employee to both be a cashier and to make the orders. If I could rate this location with zero or in the negatives I would. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere!
