Taste like water and auger ! The worst
You changed your mangos and we have noticed. Before when you used the smaller mango, your drinks were excellent. Now they are flavourless. Since you switched you have caused me to visit less and less. The last few orders have been horrible. 18$ for 2 drinks I expect better..
So visited today .Lady working made a great smoothie ,BUT to the franchisee or manager running this spot ,add some labour don’t leave a person alone serving over 10 people ,plus mobile orders on a weekend .Add some extra help its worth the extra $100 bucks in cost .

Ordered from the kiosk. It was ready in a minute or two. Can't go wrong.
It was quite busy at this location, but the tearista made my order very quickly and they were friendly and helpful.
Yesterday I visited the shop around 2:30 PM.
The staff didn’t greet or acknowledge us at all.
They were busy talking, laughing, and chewing while preparing our order.
Their attitude felt careless and unprofessional.
No smile, no basic courtesy — just dry expressions.
It felt like we were disturbing them by being there.
Good customer service is important, and this place clearly lacks it.
We ordered Large mango slush with less ice, however we could hardly taste mango and was watered down. We have had this drink at various location but the one we had at Eastgate square, was the worst.
Customer service was very bad, the employee over there is not focusing on Customer but all the time taking on a phone.
I also request add little bit more strawberry boba, right awatly she denied and say no.
I was very unhappy with this experience and request anyone want to enjoy real fruit bubble tea please try another location.

Taste amazing
Their tapioca is not good at all :( I remember when this place used to be a palatable alternative to authentic bubble tea shops not in the area. I never go here anymore, gave it a million chances before I gave up.
I will say, their mango diamond slush is still good.
Petition to bring back the old dark yummy real tapioca!!!! Not this squishy blonde sludge!!!
They Add less quality for toppings
Came here 20-25 mins before, the guy didn’t provide any service, said he washed the juicer and cannot do it again
Got a large smoothie with mango strawberries amd banana. There’s absolutely no taste of fruit. All i can taste is yogurt. Tried to call them but the number isnt store’s. $13 yogurt with crushed ice
