Had such a great experience. Food was excellent! Got all you can eat, had a variety of Sushi, Rolls, and apps. Cheese wontons are amazing, the beef skewers ~ wow, not to mention the rolls. The staff were very friendly and efficient.Will absolutely be returning

We went there with family on January 30/2023 and liked it there. Very clean, nice place. The staff welcomes you friendly. The food is very fresh and tasty. Wait time less than 10 min. This is the best place of all sushi place in Hamilton. Highly recommend ???

Don't let the location fool you, this place has phenomenal sushi! The fish is so fresh and.beautifully prepared, the plating is simple yet lovely, the atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the waitstaff are attentive and helpful without being overbearing. I didn't know I'd be discovering my new go-to sushi place, but Red Maple is it!

Very nice little spot to dine in, I get their take out regularly as I work across the street. The food is amazing, the service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend this place to any sushi lover, their prices absolutely blow away anything else.

Food was fresh and delicious. We did all you can eat for Dinner. Around 6pm. Unusually dead inside for a Friday night. They seem to fulfill a lot of takeout orders, which may have impacted our dine in experience as it was fast at first, then become very slow. Food was fresh, good ingredients, tasty. Service wasn't great, don't expect anyone to make sure your drinks are full or pay attention to when you want to order, you'll have to waive people down yourself (which doesn't feel great to do, makes me feel like a jerk).I'll say this, cheaper than the competition, food is just as good, service is worse and the restaurant is claustrophobic. Do try if you're tired of the same old August 8, Spring Sushi etc.

Here is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had, Zero stars for the service indeed. The sushi was okay except the hand roll ones, they were so leathery, very hard to bite, they were inedible, the seaweed was obviously opened from a long time. We couldn’t complete a one hand roll each. That’s what we complained about and the server didn’t seem to care!While paying I asked if I can talk to the chef, the server said no! After insisting they said this is related to the sushi bar not the chef, so I told them about my complaint and asked when did they open the package of the seaweed they said yesterday! So, thats why then!I fought for a discount because what I experienced from bad service, ignoring my complaints from the server, and the server’s attitude who told us no come back!Moreover, they added $2 (over what said on website) on each of us ,although it wasn’t a Friday, weekend or a holiday as mentioned on website. Double check you bill, please!They said the owners is not available to even call him, so I hope they know how the customers are being treated!

When I walked in I was greeted with much kindness and I sat down with my other half and order few foody there I did have all you can eat lunch, and the quality there very good the rice aswell and miso soup very rich in flavour and the butter fish is my fave fish it was alright, but over all experience I’d go there instead of august8 because of how fresh the food is hot and ready! And just love it! Great experience ?

Wanted to try this place for a while. Dined in for all you can eat sushi. Limited dine in seating so recommend reservations. There was quite a brisk take out and Uber eats business. The food was fresh and delicious with a great selection. Service was quick and friendly. Price was reasonable. I think we found our new sushi home.

I was a little nervous to come by myself rather than eating with someone. Im so glad I did! Their food is super fresh and came very, very quickly! The staff would check on me appropriately and would bring me another sheet to fill in when I finished. It felt really nice and I left feeling full and satisfied!
Honestly I go to lots of sushi places and this is one of the great ones!Though the ambiance is not that great but workable for a quick getaway lunch or dinner in a simple unpretentious manor.You will not be disappointed with the quality and service.If you’re looking for classy and expensive then this is not it!Great food for a great price!Would recommend to all my friends. ?

Great sushi place. Their all you can eat is still decently priced with good selection. Their menu is not as extensive as other AYCE places, but definitely you can get something to keep you full. Customer service is also great whenever I go and dine in.I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for an affordable yet great tasting sushi!

Great sushi place run by a nice family. They accurately bring your order. Not one thing is missed which is fantastic. Other places like August 8 continually “forget” what you order despite using iPads. They were prompt here, good quality and a decent price. The beef/steak dishes would be better with a higher grade of beef as it’s most likely a cheap cut like eye of round. The maki rolls are very very well made and the sushmi as pictured was great. The cheese wontons were decent but just ok.

They always get me. Very nice staff and flavourful af food. Sushi is cheap but quality is amazing. All entrees/mains come with a soup and a salad. I always ask for extra teriyaki sauce and they oblige every time. Outstanding Japanese cuisine.

Very delicious! I recommend, if ordering takeout, the Sushi Box.The sushi is fresh and the rice isn’t vinegary like some places. The tempura vegetables are quite nice. The box comes with a soup and salad. Makes for a great lunch and small dinner! Good value.
