I don’t know what kind of culinary sorcery is going on in that kitchen, but Red Rockets is serving up pure, unfiltered food euphoria. This isn’t just chicken — this is poultry perfection. I had no clue how great the wings were until i moved to Hamilton. Blazing Hot is by far my favourite sauce! The staff are really helpful and allow substitutions of sides. Atmosphere is a vibe, they always play great music!
