Long time client and uncertain what changed their manager or ownership but terrible service plus dont know the first thing on customer service. They get my order totally wrong then I had to bring my order back for my money back as they had no desire to correct it. Plus their wings use to be big and juicy but now small and old. Thinking it is this location so highly recommended you stay away and go to another or buy your wings elsewhere as this place lost it's glory.

Ordered 2 different combos..for delivery. 1 combo #8 was supposed to come with fries, they were missing. Also, 1 snack pack which came with exactly 5 onion rings and 6 wings. I asked for them to be crispy....they weren't. When i called...the manager offered 1 small fry credit or I could come and pick it up. Not impressed.

Upper Ottawa location is by far my favourite! I had a little hiccup with my order, but the manager Zachary went above and beyond to make it right. My meal was replaced, and that just shows how much they truly care about their customers! Lexi and Reese were also super helpful I really appreciate their excellent customer service!

Highly recommend! Was at the Upper Ottawa St location. Enjoyed these wings so much! They were made fresh to order and the breading was still crunchy under the sauce. The meat was tender and juicy. Had the Thai sauce which was sweet and sticky and the medium BBQ that was tingly hot which was enjoyable.

Couches were a nice touch as I did have to wait 20 minutes for the wings. Overall, price and wing quality were decent (had salt and pepper) with decent service so I would order from them again and maybe try the ribs.

Solid wing spot in Stoney Creek. The potato wedges were slightly stall & i wish they were seasoned a little more but i’ve had worse. For the wings, I ordered Honey Garlic, and thought they were very solid. Good flavour on the sauce, crispy skin & fresh meat on the inside. Cant really speak on atmosphere, but service was good. On time & requested more flats than drums, which they delivered.

Welcome to the slowest red rockets in town, will tell you its only going to be a couple mins and make you wait 20mins
Don't follow requests on Uber ordered sauce on the side got sauced wings 🙄 one on wellington is way better never had a problem there
You can never go wrong with red rockets ? every time I come to Hamilton I have to stop by to get a combo.
