Sadly I'm disappointed as to put big order in and our drinks were forgotten, and I was asked if I could leave to pick up as told big boss would get mad if had somone bring to me ..Told my dasher and store just call doordash they will refund you .Issue isn't so much the refund rather then fact I don't have any drinks to.provide with meal for kids ect .If it boss will get mad ,guess customer care isn't a priority then ?

Ordering online was easy the people were friendly but wings are just not what they used to be. There is so many pizza places with better wings now a days. I was craving red rockets bad, but disappointed in taste and size. Most likely won’t get again.

This red Rockets is a good location for getting the maximum out of the Red Rockets experience. They bread the wings perfect and proportion the sauce well. So if you haven't tried Red Rockets yet,try this location and you'll get what your looking for and the service is good ?

Always got my wings for my work lunch at red rockets...always got sauce on the side, so my wings wouldn't be soggy...they really chince on the sauce when ordered on the side, always wanting to charge more. When questioned why, they certainly do not give a reasonable explanation...so done with this now less than average take out...losing customers, one at a time..bye bye

Part of the order was missing for delivery. Even asked the delivery guy who said it was all there and then sped away. It was not all there. Now we have to drive to pick up our missing order. Lady on the phone doesn’t even seem to care.
My recent experience at redrockets was incredibly disappointing. Despite placing my order at 8:53 PM and being told it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived 35 minutes later only to find they couldn't locate my order. After showing them my call logs to prove I had the correct location, they eventually found my order but made me wait an additional 5 minutes. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The staff blamed a new employee who seemed unsure of what she was doing. Overall, the service was chaotic and unprofessional. I won't be returning. I went and got some wings next door from Pizza Hut.
