Worst management. Never ready your order on time even if they are not busy. You always have to wait extra 10-15 minutes every time doesn’t matter they any other customer or not.

Food always super fresh and staff are always very friendly. Shout out to Richard for above and beyond service!

We ordered takeout wings from Red Rocket (Wellington location) on Saturday, March 1st, and were extremely disappointed. Having ordered from them in the past, we expected the same quality and portion size we were used to. However, what we received were the smallest wings we've ever seen—no exaggeration.

Considering how much we spent, we were shocked at both the size and the overall quality. It’s surprising that someone in the kitchen saw these wings and decided they were good enough to serve. This is a clear departure from the consistency we’ve come to expect from Red Rocket.

We understand that supply chain issues happen, but serving undersized, subpar wings rather than maintaining quality standards is a bad call. Unfortunately, this experience makes us second-guess whether we’ll be ordering from them again.

I love Red Rockets. Some of the best wings in Hamilton. Lately though I feel like they've been ordering hummingbird wings or something. They have no meat on them and they're tiny. I had over 8 wings that were smaller than my pinky. I pay an honest hard working amount of money for a good meal and I'm served something that's starting to feel like a rip off. I understand it happening once in a blue moon but the last 3 times I've been here it's happened.

Just finished our dinner and forgot to take pics. We got Combo #5 which was enough for 3 of us. The ribs and wings are fall off the bone tender. I like that we could request light on sauce. The potato wedges were perfectly cooked. A little crispy on the outside and tender inside. Also- the space was clean and the staff were very friendly. Love this place!! Best wings in the city

I was working door dash and waited over 30 minutes over pick up time before I unassigned my order. They even had walk-in customers waiting long times for their orders. Very unprofessional.
