Very unprofessional employees, when you ask then anything they responds very rudly and most of the time you have to ask 3-4 times they literally ignores you👎👎👎 Very rude employees

We are regular customers, and this used to be my favorite place.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
They have one of the rudest managers I’ve ever dealt with. He clearly doesn’t know how to speak politely or respect customers.
I calmly explained that my order was missing the sauce, and his response was to accuse me of putting it in myself, which is honestly ridiculous.
No one would lie over a sauce.
To make it worse, he ended the call by hanging up on me instead of trying to resolve the issue or even apologizing.
Terrible customer service and I will not be coming back.

I’ve been a customer for several years and could always count on my food and extra items being tasty and with my order. The last four times I’ve ordered form the Wellington Red Rockets have not provided my extra items I ordered and paid for. I will never use this restaurant again. Seems to be deteriorating. There’s many options out there.

Best Wings in town or anywhere really got 1 lb hot flavor perfectly cooked. Also got a side order rack of ribs honey garlic fall off the bone

We’ve been loyal customers of Red Rockets for years and go at least once a month because we genuinely love the wings. Unfortunately, this visit completely ruined it for us.

We ordered wings to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday his favourite restaurant and after eating one wing, he pulled a black hair out of his mouth. Absolutely disgusting. Finding a hair in food is bad enough, but on a milestone birthday at a place we’ve trusted for years? Beyond upsetting.

This completely ruined the meal and the celebration. After years of regular business, this experience has seriously shaken our confidence in the cleanliness and quality standards here. Extremely disappointed

So this is what you get for $43.91 plus uber tip these days!! This apparently is a large fry and on top of it the wings were supposed to be 9-12 pieces bare minimum the rack of ribs barely any meat on them and best part Uber dropped them off I opened it up to a cold meal completely disappointed! I called to complain red rockets told me manager would be calling me back next day NOPE! No call back this is not a good customer experience at all NEVER AGAIN AND UBER could careless I’m just one person I guess of the millions that order No more uber for this girl

I have ordered here a handful of times tonight my order was wrong but the customer service was excellent promptly made the order again and sent a driver to replace it!! 10/10 Service

Ordered online est. 20 mins to be ready. Came to pick up 30 mins after. Still have to wait for my order and it's not even busy in a Tuesday afternoon around 2 pm. What's the point of the online order when I have to wait. Terrible service! Needs to be look at
