Red Rockets Wings and Ribs Wellington Location

Its been a min since we ordered from them and I regretted it tonight for almost 60 bucks ao not worth it. Wings came soggy and drenched in sauce like couldn't even pick em up sauces so gross, and celery was rotten (yes carrots and celery are my fav ) wont order again. Dont waste ur time

DISGUSTING!!!!!

So incredibly disappointed with my Red Rockets experience!! Will never go back.

I called & asked for the family pack; honey garlic & buffalo butter, lady on the phone types in *Buffalo blaze* (doesn’t clarify with me over the phone, who clearly was distracted to begin with)

Go to pickup my 45$ order and honestly didn’t think to double check the food in her hands as she asks if I want a bag (lesson learned for me, forsure)

Fast forward, Get home, shower and sit down to eat and…… WE CANT EAT HALF 🤢🌶️

When I call.. because well I did just pay for something that I didn’t order, I get the attitude, “well it’s what was put in so there’s nothing we can do for you.”

Wow.
Really???!! I want to throw these wings at window & watch them eat them! Instead I’ll breathe and write this review.

Anyways, hope you send your money elsewhere and don’t waste it like I did.

On our way home, we looked for Buffalo Wings as we didn’t have any in Buffalo NY. Found this place. Didn’t expect a lot but they gave me big surprises. I reordered the food after I half finished the first Single Meal package!! Needless to say about the wings. The wedges were really good too. Oh and carrots were very fresh.

I usually love red rocket but this time they didn't put sauce on the wings gave me a little bit on the side one flavour barely covered half of them and the other flavour wasn't even correct it had MD on the lid but it's way to hot for being mild. Also the salad shrank in half as did the gravy.

Worst management. Never ready your order on time even if they are not busy. You always have to wait extra 10-15 minutes every time doesn’t matter they any other customer or not.

The wedges were tasty and the ribs were sauced with love! Thx to Richard and staff. Order online or over the phone, or come by the restaurant to order and enjoy time with the staff - with good food and great folks, you'll be glad you did
