They’re very good with their coffee, the baristas are skilled, and the ambience is great. My only problem is that I’ve often seen them short staffed with just a couple people working, which makes it extremely long for them to serve the drinks. It’s frustrating because I can never go there when I’m in a rush. Today, I spent over 20 mins to get my coffee. Other than that, I’d recommend this place. Genuinely nice staff, they use top of the line Victoria Arduino machines and the baristas are well trained.

WOW! Best cafe in Hamilton. The buttermilk waffle breakfast sandwich is a must-try. I also recommend the simple waffle with chocolate syrup and vanilla ice cream. I'm sure everything else on their menu is pretty great, too!

This place is a good place to get a drink or snack. Little pricy but worth it. They have top notch service here in the top 5 for service at a coffee shop in Hamilton. The staff care about there job a lot and you can tell they care about the products they serve. Worth going to! Best egg salad sandwich in the city I have tasted.

Super cute cafe with a mix of seating options. A great spot for a catch-up or to do some work (with Free WIFI available). The staff were super lovely and very helpful.
Sadly the matcha wasn’t great, being super milky. Shown in the photo below :(
the red haired worker who served me last sunday was sooo kind! relay has such a great atmosphere and the honey comb latte was amazing.

Great coffee roasting Cafe in downtown Hamilton. It was like a gem. My friend and I didn't need coffee but had to go in when we passed by this place. We literally walked back and entered in as it looked so nice and cozy. I had their honeycomb latte and it wasn't too sweet and nicely balanced. Will definitely go back.

I have been to Relay a couple of times. Each time the vanilla latte and belgium waffle have been great! They really know how to make a good coffee!!
