I appreciate the vegan options that it has to offer, but it was very odd for this to happen to both of us. Once we kindly told the worker, he said it “would happen eventually”. This made us feel uncomfortable about the food safety of our orders.

Tooooo delicious ! An absolute must try! The pizza is truly amazing and the kids nuggets with spicy buffalo sauce is my fave ! Thier homemade sauces are divine and if you like spicy food you will not be disappointed!

We visited often, whenever we are in Hamilton...Usually its incredible; great food, service and atmosphere. However, this visit, the service was a little challenging. The server came back to our table 3 times asking again what sides/sauces we wanted on the order. This was 15 mins after we ordered, which made me take pause as he probably didn't even ring in our order until after asking for the 3rd time. It took 45 mins to get our food, after sitting down and waiting for 20 mins to have the server take the order. We were about to eat our arm, we were so hungry! There was our group of 6, and one other couple in the restaurant at the time.
The food, as great as always. Great portions, a little pricey compared to any other pizza place, but expected as this is fully vegan. We always appreciate that it is fully vegan, and we never have to question the items on the menu or how its prepared. The dining experience is much more relaxed because we never have to question this. The Seiten wings (first time Ive tried them) we phenomenal, and also good as a take-home-reheat-later option. One day, I'll order dessert, but the main course is always so delicious.
Great job, Rise Above...just train your servers a little more to be more attentive and precise. We'll always be back.

If you are in a rush don’t bother. Eating in it takes 40mins min for food to come out (unless it is pizza slice-highly recommend), and take out an hour or more for pick up to be ready. Crazy times. Still a go to.

Pizza has never sat well with me. But there has been a few that really stand out and keep the tummy demons at bay. These vegan pies so so amazing and do not affect me at all. It was a great surprise and for a vegan pizza place. You truly love to see it. Love the unique variety. I recommend the Big Bang pie, especially for those onion ring lovers out there.
Great music, is always a vibe. Bar seating is in my opinion BEST spot in the house especially if you’re going to accompany your pie with a nice drink, Must try. ✨

Vegan Pizza & wings, salad, good beer, pinball, good music and a VHS collection motif going on. This place gets top marks from me! The servers were great too, I felt right at home. Vegan metalheads, punks and film/sci fi geeks, this is your spot! Unless you have a wheat allergy then maybe not. Very wheat heavy menu, most of the veg meats are made in house from seitan. Great by me!
I highly recommend the panzerotti (deep fried calzone, excellent!)
We went last Saturday for dinner and everything was PERFECTION.
We got a Caesar Salad, a large pizza, onions rings and wings.
I just wish I lived closer but it’s definitely worth the drive! I ll be back soon.
The sauces were pretty outstanding. I have to admit, I am in love!

We came here for the second time and it was quite rough.
First off, I'll mention that there's a lot of faux meat here, so if that's your name, you're in luck. I think most are but I found I had to customize a cheese pizza because they didn't have one with just veggies.
The service was the worst service I've ever received. After we sat down, our server didn't return so we tried to order at the front because we thought maybe that's what we were supposed to do. Turns out, he just didn't want to come by.
After our food was ready, he brought it out and then we didn't see him again until we tried to track him down for containers for leftovers. Then he never brought us the bill and we waited forever so I paid at the front.
I've never tipped someone 0% but had to here because of how horrid the service was.
The food was decent. Not as great as I remember it pre-covid, but still decent.
The atmosphere was ok. A little hot in there though.
All in all, it was an ok experience, but our expectations were much higher.
