Rooney’s is such a unique spot. The staff are genuinely friendly, the vibe is cool and welcoming, and it’s become my favorite place to drop off film. The best part is they’ll take your rolls and get them sent over to Graination for processing, which is super convenient if you’re a film shooter.

On top of that, the drinks are great, the atmosphere is just right, and they’ve got an awesome selection of photography books to flip through. Also: the photo booth is a blast - easily one of the best little extras that makes this place stand out. Highly recommend.

I was in town filming 📽
And this was the only coffee shop open at the time I got up that seemed good. It was quite an adventure getting there by foot & I was praying for it to be good!

Thank God....... coffee? Amazing
Bagel? Wow.

Would 10/10 return

It is kinda funny cuz it feels like a nice Portland, Oregon café but in a kinda sketchy looking area

Totally worth it tho
They also develop film
Have milk alternatives
And ice cream sandwhich looks insaaane

Employee seemed happy to be there
Not crowded
Quiet

Aug 15 ‘25 Ordered a iced coffee and chocolate chip cookie, busy street but inside it’s nice and intimate. Nice offset appeal to the area, calming environment and great set up of an open space concept! Definitely check this place out.

Had the iced strawberry matcha. Smooth and on the sweeter end because of the strawberry. Could still taste the matcha which was good. Almost 8 dollars after tax, it’s a bit on the pricier end. I probably won’t get it again, but could be nice treat if you like fruity matcha drinks.

I did walk there with high expectations because of the reviews.
A orange juice from the bottle , not fresh squeezed ,is $5.75!!!!!!
I did order wafels and chicken.Chicken is not real chicken , its some kind of nuget tht was over fried in old smelling oil and the test was rancid!!
All that for almost $23 dollars!!
Omg!😂
The owner even diidnt consider returning my money or giving me a credit!
A bottle of the best orange juice is les that $5.75!!!
