Had the Calcutta Meetha paan. Quite bad - super dry, full of dry fennel seeds, minimal gulcand and no flavour. Other Royal Paan locations it’s been decent but here it turned out to be pretty bad and I had to spit it out in a bin. Not going to return here.

Too expensive..2 faluda4 sweet panGuess how much..$45 , this is insane. Could have had bought dinner for my family instead. Never again. I do not like to hurt any business by leaving bad reviews but had to inform about this one. Once the order was placed i didn't feel right canceling my order as it would look bad at the monment but seriously, can anyone do the math for me? $45 for 2 faluda and 4 sweet pan. To my understanding ..$12 each faluda$5 each paan.No wonder why it's not as busy as it use to be when we always had a few customers before us to be served.This review is for the business owner to realize and is a wake up call and is not to hurt the business in any way .

The ratings seem a bit Mis-leading. The key was the ingredients I believe. Perfect portion and very simple presentation. Not just a paan store but the snack/breakfast items are as good as any other highly rated food place. I believe this place does deserve a second chance. Keep up the good work.

Wish i could go negative in rating, didn’t expected it from a food chain like royal paan to have such bad staff who doesn’t like to do their job, the food is tasteless. This is the worst royal paan location you can go to. If u try to talk to the people working there about the problem you had with your food, they are disrespectful, use bad language. Either the owner should change the staff or it’s a dead business bcz nobody wants to be treated that way when we are paying that much for our food.

Ordered 2 items they made it wrong asked them to change they said now it’s done we can not change it, if you want to change you have to pay again, requested them to at least change one, I will take a hit of one and You take the hit of one, I being a customer was asking them to do it, but those girls were so rude who don't know anything about the customer service and was pretending to be the business owner and said we can not help you. Don’t go there, very unprofessional staff.
