I always get the shawarma poutine. It's always consistently one of the best in the city, if not the best.
However I was disappointed tonight that the portion was smaller than normal, but the worst part was that it was the best shawrma poutine I've had in forever.

Super slow staff in evenings - Pizza just sitting there getting tepid/cold - they took 30 minutes to give it when they say 15 minutes max (Also I’m their regular customer)

I bought fish pakoda from this pizza bell branch.it was amazing and taste was great.The employees were very friendly and specialy one of the employee who's name is jap was the cook and he done the great job.
We are regular costumers but there quality is declining every time.. pizza was so thick and toppings were chopped so big. There was no flavour in the pizza. Felt like eating plain bread with veggies. We paid extra for the shawarma base but it was worst that marinara.

I was in and ordered a non cheese pizza because of my spiritual beliefs and they delivered what looked to be a non cheese pizza and instead put the sauce on top of the cheese and i unknowingly at it. Deeply hurt by this and crossed my spiritual beliefs. I can’t believe how shameful they are and conniving. Please get it together Pizza Bell
