What happened to the Safin grill I remember? The place i remember th shwarma wraps were so stuffed you could get 2 meals.....tonight I was shocked the wraps were pathetic....small hardly any meat and when you ask for extra white sauce you get a dirty look....

Used to order from here all the time, but it seems quality has declined recently. Told a friend this was one of my favourite spots, and was embarrassed when we received our food.
Shawarma wraps were much smaller than usual, And poorly prepared. The cherry on top was the poutine which is usually a good portion, but when we received it - it was less than half full and the fries were blackened and burnt.
Been going here for many years, will always return.

Lousy customer service! Been spending money at mall road location over 5 years. Rude owner and his wife! No hi no bye no thank you! instead they give me dirty looks like they don't wanna serve me for no reason! Only time I see them friendly is if you speak their language! I find Lulus shawarma has great food and customer service!
