Cute little place to I go for breakfast or brunch.....or just for a nice long chat with a friend over a delicious cuppa whatever coffee or warm drink you like. It seats around 20 and has table options. Some for that quiet chat, some to be on you own facing the side window and some on the community table if you want to share your space. Food was fresh and tasty. You order and pay at the order area, then go to your table where they will serve your food when it's ready. Parking is side street with a little walk or pay at the street parking meters. Would go there again with a friend to chat with a cappuccino in hand and baked good.

Ordered a take-out BLT on suggestion of a co-worker. Price seemed a bit high until I saw how much bacon was on my sandwich! Homemade jalapeno bread, heirloom tomatoes, an entire pig of maple-y bacon, herby mayo; it's messy, it's filling, it's DELICIOUS!

Food is decent but damn, the slowest take out coffee of my life. Not even busy. No hustle, all the chat with each other. On a Saturday morning shouldnt there be a system for take out vs in house? Watched a woman dining in wait 10 min for a latte. That’s a 50 dollar bill guys! As a service industry professional, I can confidently say it wouldn’t hold up in a busier place. Disappointing as the coffee is decent.

If you're a vegetarian or have any dietary restrictions, STAY AWAY. I went here a couple of months ago and got the Gatsby croissant (they accepted my request to substitute the bacon for avocado or mushrooms). Yet when I started eating it, there very much was bacon embedded in the damn thing. As a vegetarian of 14 years, that's disgusting and I'm irritated. Why accept the sub if you can't not put bacon in there? Had to throw out this RIDICULOUSLY PRICED $20 croissant right after. I decided to give them another chance yesterday. NEVER AGAIN. Asked to substitute the bacon for mushrooms. You'll never guess what I found! Some more bacon! Wow, must've been on the house or something since they so eager to give it away for free unprovoked! Thanks guys🤩 Can't adhere to dietary restrictions, severely overpriced, AND the coffee is watery.
