Hands down the best Shwarma in Hamilton! This location specifically is amazing. Good is constantly delicious, the staff is fantastic, and they go out of their way for their customers. Even had them call me when Uber was screwing with me so I was able to get my food.
It is now the only place I go to when I want Schwarma!

Ordered on uber eats with a bogo deal on the chicken poutine. Tasted pretty good but portion is tiny compared to other locations and what’s pictured on the menu. Overall not worth the money at all. I would order elsewhere.

The chicken and rice portion was disappointingly small — the container was barely half filled when it could have easily been served properly with more rice. The chicken shawarma sandwich was drowned in sauce, overwhelming the actual flavor. The falafel was the biggest letdown; I actually had to spit it out, which for me is almost unthinkable. Instead of tasting like falafel, it came off more like fried fish, and the chickpeas weren’t ground properly. You could bite into hard chunks of raw chickpea, which completely ruined the texture and taste. The service and people are great, but the food was actually very disappointing.

I tried Sana Grill’s chicken rice and honestly, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and the rice was packed with flavour.
What made it even better? They served it with complimentary salad and two warm pitas on the side — such a nice touch!
The portion was generous, everything tasted fresh, and the food was just so, so good. If you haven’t tried Sana Grill yet, you’re seriously missing out.

Chicken is seasoned and spice very well. Fresh ingredients to choose for toppings and the pita is warm soft. Garlic and hot sauce add to the chicken shawarma. Thank you ☺️ it was yummy and quick!

Closed 15 mins before closing time. Said we stopped taking orders 10 mins before. Ok. Fair. But this was 15 mins! No where does it state that by the way. Save your money or go elsewhere.
I showed up 15 minutes to close. The door was still open. I opened it, she said, we're closed. I said, you have 15 minutes still. She said, oh yeah, we decided to close 10 minutes early today. Great customer service.I suggest you get your shawarma, fix elsewhere and as I post this picture there's still 10 minutes to be open

The store was ridiculously dirty. Chicken and rice was being served from a blue rubbermaid bin in the back and lettuce was white and brown. This sounds like an insane thing to claim, but sometimes fact is stranger than fiction (and we have photos) I would not suggest going to this location until they make health, hygiene, and quality changes.
