Second Cup is the best, they have the best coffee out of all the big coffee chains and staff at this location are always very friendly and service is quick even when there is a line. It's too bad we don't have more Second Cup cafes in Hamilton. I miss going there more frequently when I lived in Toronto and this location is a bit far, but always enjoy it when I'm at the mall.

I visited Second Cup at CF Lime Ridge Mall for the first time today, and I enjoyed the experience. The coffee was fresh, and the cozy seating made it a great spot to relax and get some work done. There’s plenty of space to sit and enjoy your drink, and the overall atmosphere was good and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I also like that they offer a rewards program where you can earn points with every purchase. They have a good selection of drinks and snacks, and the place is clean.

i don’t often think to leave reviews for establishments but i genuinely love this cafe so much. these workers are some of the kindest and most hard working people around! i love coming here to get my coffee before work or during a break, and i am always greeted by familiar & friendly smiles and great service. of course there’s wait times when lines are long but that’s expected and it’s so worth it- my drink is always amazing (the food is great too). some of the baristas recognize me now and it’s been awesome to develop such a positive connection. you guys are awesome :)

Recently my Americano tasted different and not muddy color/oily flavor. Came out very fast. I wasn't watching but I don't think I got two shoots of fresh espresso and hot water. I think they gave me coffee. The drink pick-up section has blocked off view of the barista. Shouldn't be like that. I've been drinking Americano for many years. Don't tell me the liquid is not more cloudy than coffee, and not more rich by retaining a bit more oils

So happy there is still a second cup in the Mall as all others I used to know about are closed. It's really hard seeing good Canadian companies closing down. But I'm still so happy to see them in the mall.
10x times better than Tim's and Starbucks! Was a way shorter line, wonderful service.
