Went in yesterday Aug.10th ,I ordered a shawarma poutine. I noticed the fries were already done because as soon as I ordered he walked over to the fryer and emptied the fries into my container. I would say is was cold but is wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese ,even the gravy wasn't thatvwarm for some reason . It was still ok flavorwise but I expect the food to be way warmer. I'll give it another try and make sure if I see them using fries thatvwere already made I'm gonna shut that down fast. I would say they were old fries ,just not made with the last 10 min I'm assuming .

Okay I just found a strand of HAIR after I finished the shawarma … and SIDENOTE, this was my first time trying this place and the service was horrible. I am a student so I got the student special items , I was a little confused as to how many wraps or meals to get , so at first I got 2 meal and 2 wraps and then asked him if he could change it to 3 wraps and 1 meal. He visually and verbally got mad at me and told me with louder voice “ are you sure cause this is the 3rd time you changed orders?!!..” I was shocked to the point that I said oh I’m sorry for doing that and felt really small. I was the only customer in the store at that time ( happened today July 27, around 12 pm ) and being a female being sort of yelled at a by man who was in charge of helping me at that time felt horrible and I was a little scared . I still got my food and brought it with me to the bus to eat it just to find out this hair in the bottom of the wrap …. I’d never go to this restaurant again as I’m a little concerned about safety regarding the atmosphere, service and food
