We tried the Beef Shoyu Ramen, and wow—it was absolutely excellent! The broth was light yet flavorful, reminding me of the amazing ramen I had in Singapore. The balance of flavors was perfect, and the homemade spicy sauce was the cherry on the top.
If you’re looking for a place that serves authentic, high-quality ramen, Shiro Ramen is the spot. Probably the best ramen I had in Canada .The gyoza was also surprisingly good !
So happy with this place that we are going back tomorrow 😁

Shiro ramen transports me back to the unforgettable flavors of Michelin-starred dining Tsuta in Singapore. The Beef Shoyu is a masterpiece full of flavourful tender beef. The noodles are cooked to perfection. Every bite was unforgettable and easily sits beside one the best ramen. The gyoza and spicy sauce 👌🏻.

My last review was 5 years ago, and everything was great. However, a recent visit left me disappointed. I was not full, after finishing my tonkotsu ramen and my 3 gyozas. The toppings are lacking, no menma or bakchoy, only scallions and ramen egg... Pork is still cold, which is unfortunate. Noodle portion is way too small. Ramen is suppose to be the food that fills you up during the depression post war era in Japan. I left still hungry after my meal... I guess it's time to find another ramen place that can do a better job.
Its clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive. They were super quick with serving food. On top of that the ramen was great. I got the fuji extra spicy i found it perfect. Highly recommend for a nice quiet dinner

My favourite restaurant! The pictures I have included are from multiple visits from this past year because I go here so often lol. Their tonkotsu ramen is incredibly delicious. The service here is also so great - so kind, polite and attentive. This is a small, cozy restaurant and it always hits the spot when I am seeking comfort food.
My husband and I had a lunch date today and decided to visit Shiro Ramen (we had only take-out here previously). The restaurant is simple, stylish, and spotless, the service was very welcoming, and the food was incredible and refreshingly affordable. You could tell that the owners put much love and respect into their food, service and presentation. Can't wait to return soon with our kids!

Had the Tokyo Yasai Miso Ramen. Couldn’t find the carrots or scallions. Needed magnifying glass to see the mushrooms and had to dig for the pork. One note broth; definitely not worth the price. Still looking for a place that’s comparable to Ematei in Toronto.
