I'm a Ramen eater and tried all ramen places in Hamilton and will keep renewing that Shiro is the best.Their takoyaki are full of octopus and crispy wich I never find in other places.The owner is such a sweet person.

Unfortunately was really excited to try this place and owners and location is great but worse broth I've tasted , it lacks so much flavor sadly
My wife went in to use the bathroom and buy a pop and they refused her of her right to use the bathroom. We are humans and should be allowed to use the bathroom regardless if we dine in. I am going to call the BBB and have them investigate this situation.

We are a sr couple without cell phone to scan menu. Server told us menu on board but no prices listed and no description of food. I asked for printed menu but was told no longer exist, so we just ordered pork Ramon. Meat was very tender but nothing else in soup except noodles and half an egg. Overall meal was not very tasty . Staff not helpful. We were there in one prior time with menu and wanted to get same but could not really tell what we were getting until already served. Soup $16 , 1 dumpling order with 15% $40
