Great place!!! Great staff, always kind and friendly! Delicious food and Tofu was amazing!! Some people who write negative reviews clearly have some personal agenda, objectively they need to realize the world doesn’t revolve around them lol many point fingers at Japanese culture too, that’s just so odd. Don’t confuse politeness with ignoring you, some people expect a whole red carpet treatment.like just chill and enjoy the food! They are kind owners doing their best

We tried the Fuji ramen, which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. The maze soba balanced rich flavor with a simple presentation, and the karaage chicken was perfectly crispy and delicious. Service was prompt, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was exceptionally clean.
Nice authentic ramen and gyoza. Will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I ordered take out this evening. We are huge ramen lovers and only ever think of it on Sundays, so typically miss Shiro! Well tonight we were so happy and lucky to have finally tried Shiro Ramen! The food was amazing! My husband picked up our order and he said everyone was really nice and sweet! We will definitely be back for our date nights! Thank you for an amazing dinner!
Really small pop shop located on Rymal Road. Have a good amount of options in the broth all taste different, which makes me wanna come back and try it again
We tried the Beef Shoyu Ramen, and wow—it was absolutely excellent! The broth was light yet flavorful, reminding me of the amazing ramen I had in Singapore. The balance of flavors was perfect, and the homemade spicy sauce was the cherry on the top.
If you’re looking for a place that serves authentic, high-quality ramen, Shiro Ramen is the spot. Probably the best ramen I had in Canada .The gyoza was also surprisingly good !
So happy with this place that we are going back tomorrow 😁

Shiro ramen transports me back to the unforgettable flavors of Michelin-starred dining Tsuta in Singapore. The Beef Shoyu is a masterpiece full of flavourful tender beef. The noodles are cooked to perfection. Every bite was unforgettable and easily sits beside one the best ramen. The gyoza and spicy sauce 👌🏻.

My last review was 5 years ago, and everything was great. However, a recent visit left me disappointed. I was not full, after finishing my tonkotsu ramen and my 3 gyozas. The toppings are lacking, no menma or bakchoy, only scallions and ramen egg... Pork is still cold, which is unfortunate. Noodle portion is way too small. Ramen is suppose to be the food that fills you up during the depression post war era in Japan. I left still hungry after my meal... I guess it's time to find another ramen place that can do a better job.
