I just wanted to thank the staff for always giving excellent service all around. Richard , thanks for taking care of my parents , who don't often get out. It's nice to have a favourite place to go to. Cheers

I’m new to the area and my brother and I have came here twice now. Food is done fast and hot. Please is nice and clean with a lot of TVs for the jays. Our server Chloe is the best! Very nice and friendly with fast service and she even remembered our drinks. We will be back. Highly recommended

I went in and ate lunch there today, and this place was spotlessly clean! Even on the glass railing leading to the second floor there wasn't even a fingerprint.

I had just came in from a different restaurant across the street who was absolutely filthy, and I was blown away at the clear difference between the two establishments.

I ate a burger from their new menu, and you can tell that this burger was made inhouse and fresh. It was a great burger, and the upgrade on the fries with the parmesan was bangin'

I had to do a little Zoom meeting but they hooked me up with a plug in the corner. The staff was awesome. Cassidy the bartender what's as good as they get, and the hostess I believe her name is Christina was so helpful in getting me set up.

6 of us went out to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday....service was slow...1 person didn't even get their dinner...we weren't checked on for drink refills....wasn't even busy....won't be back.

This spot was so cozy we needed a late night bite in Hamilton up hill area and shoeless Joes sports grill was on point! Good food, good vibes and amazing service. Chloe was our server she was lovely and made our experience all the better. Definitely coming back!!!!

I would like to amend this review. The company has listened and the staff was way more attentive and helpful. It was atrocious but now I would recommend this location to my friends. Nice recovery Joe with no shoes!! My server, Chloe was fantastic

Went here for dinner with the family and was blown away with the service. Our server Hayley was amazing with the kids and had exceptional customer service! Highly reccomend going there!

Our server, Hayley, was outstanding! She was attentive without being overbearing, made great menu suggestions, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her friendly attitude and professionalism really elevated the experience.

Service was absolutely awesome the lady surving us name Hayley was so helpful with giving us her top choices and the food she recommended was hit on the bottom. It was amazing and she knows what she is talking about also keep up to us on our drinks never went dry with her around. I will be back again and need her as my sever.
