Simply Italian Bakery (SIB) is an amazing place, a must-visit spot with amazing food. The Quattro Formaggi Red Sauce pizza with garlic dip comes highly recommended, and the margarita pizza is the best. The pizzas are wood oven cooked, perfectly made with great cheese and toppings, high-quality ingredients, a nice simple and fresh sauce, and a nice airy crust with a nice chew. The meatball sandwich for lunch is not messy and is loaded with flavor. The Gelato is fantastic for dessert. The bakery also offers a delicious confetti cake that can be personalized for special occasions. The staff is excellent, kind, attentive, awesome, and down to earth. Vegetarian options are available, and the place is kid-friendly, with free cookies for little ones. Wheelchair accessibility is good, with no steps and low tables. The atmosphere feels like a nice little European deli/grocery/cafe with lots of casual seating. Whether for lunch or a date, the pizzas and sandwiches are a perfect choice.
