We went in late at night on a Sunday and there was only one employee working both the cash register and the kitchen (please figure out how to staff a restaurant properly) - if I’d noticed that right away I wouldn’t have bothered ordering. Our group of 4 people waited 40 minutes before finally asking the employee how much longer it would be as we needed to get going. He said he hadn’t even started our order yet so at least ten more minutes. We asked for a refund, he said he refunded it but gave us a receipt that only said VOID which just means he deleted the order, not refunded it. Sure enough none of us ever received a refund. Contacted the manager who said he would refund it and still nothing two weeks later. Learn how to run a business, this isn’t right.

Poutines were pretty good, tried something new for the experience, but the customer service was 10/10. They were training someone when I went yesterday but they were still quick with it and very kind and even put a cute thank you note :)

A big thank you Pritesh who handled quite a lot of orders at once in store and via food apps all at once in a very reasonable timeframe considering the poor fella was on his own!! Food was tasty and fresh, location conveniently located close to downtown core especially if you’re visiting Hess village.
