Small store with about a dozen seats. Came between 9-10 pm for late dinner after arriving in Hamilton. If we’d read the most recent reviews, we may have skipped coming. However, our experience here tonight was excellent. One family ahead is us. We chose DIY large with peas, mushrooms, grilled chicken and a regular size traditional poutine. Out of the stuff to make a hot dog. Fries crunchy, gravy hot, curds melted. Pritesh single handedly took care of the family before us before...

Poutines were pretty good, tried something new for the experience, but the customer service was 10/10. They were training someone when I went yesterday but they were still quick with it and very kind and even put a cute thank you note :)

A big thank you Pritesh who handled quite a lot of orders at once in store and via food apps all at once in a very reasonable timeframe considering the poor fella was on his own!! Food was tasty and fresh, location conveniently located close to downtown core especially if you’re visiting Hess village.
