I cannot believe how clueless this bouncer was tonight. This bar has been our spot for ages. We come every week, we spend real money here, we tip properly, and we always treat the staff with respect. Tonight we accidentally broke one glass. This happens in every bar on the planet. Instead of handling it like a normal person, he instantly turned it into a problem.
There was no conversation and no explanation. He just went straight into attitude and power tripping. When I tried to go inside to pay for my drinks, because I was literally trying to be responsible, he made the situation even worse. How do you kick someone out before they can settle their tab and then act like they are the issue?
The craziest part is that the bartender told him right in front of us that I was not even drunk. That should have solved everything. Instead he doubled down on being the tough guy and treated regulars like we had never set foot in the place.
The bar itself is amazing. The people inside are great. The door staff need actual training on how to read situations and how to talk to people like they are human beings. Nothing ruins a night faster than someone who lets a tiny bit of authority inflate their ego.
This was embarrassing, unnecessary, and honestly pathetic.

I wish, dear Tuesday chicken wing special was as good as it was when I went to school here. The quality has definitely dropped, but as far as affordability in value goes, it’s still pretty good. During the school year, this place is still a vibe, but I do think they can do better
Overall, I spent about $60 here for two people and that includes a picture. Not bad to be honest for food and drink.

I personally didnt have the best experience, which I hope remains an exception. Went there with a friend, I didn't notice paying contactless, but I was charged 30 dollars extra. I called yesterday after noticing the charge and was told they didn't notice then and to to pass by to solve it. I passed by and the person who served us apologized saying he noticed straight away and wanted to notify us but we were gone (but yesterday no one knew?). I was given back the extra charge, which I'm thankful for, but not the extra tip. To be frank, I think the fair thing to do in such a case would be to say I'll have you pay the net of what you owe for the beers and food, and nothing else. Not holding on to the tip as well, especially not onto the extra tip because you charged us wrong to begin with, would have been the classy thing to do. Again, hopefully doesn't happen often, definitely didn't encourage me to visit the place a second time.
