I had dined here a couple of years ago and had a good experience. However, I witnessed a drastic drop of quality in all aspects when I revisited Spring Grill recently. The meats and fish were unseasoned and not as fresh as they should be. The dim sums were clearly previously frozen and cheap quality. Appetizers and side dishes were stale and unappetizing. Place was not clean, with food debris on the floor and black flies dancing around our food. Staff was busy and seemed overwhelmed. If I have to find something, ice creams were okay, staff were polite, washroom was decent. Overall I felt bad that we drove from another city here, hoping for an authentic Asian food experience, only to find nothing good to eat.

Wow. I love a good all you can eat Korean barbecue place and Spring Grill House does it so well! Chloe was our server and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of :) Angel was helping out as well and she was so sweet and kind, thank you to her. We will most definitely come back for the food and the service!
