We come here often and the service is usually pretty good. However recently we noticed that the service went a little down hill. It was only half way through our dinner that the service went up and our waiter was really attentive. In the beginning though our table was being ignored so our iPad order wasn’t being confirmed, half of our section had piles and piles of trays not being picked up, but the other half was being taken care of instantly. They seemed like they were in a rush too and basically threw our plates on the table and the sauce served with the appetizers would spill over. Overall, the experience was disappointing because I know what their service usually is like.The food is good though, and there’s a cute claw machine section in the basement. The location is cash and credit only too, and there’s an ATM in the basement.

Portion size was amazing! Had their General Tao Chicken and 2 Chicken Fried Rice. It was lots of chicken in their rice.Although I would've liked hot sauce on the side, there weren't instructions to add anything like that on Uber Eats.There was a Buy One Get One Free on the rice, so it turned out to be an amazing deal.

first time visiting Spring Grill - defiantly will be going again!!Our Sever Danny made us feel very welcomed , always smiled and was very quick -I was worried because we were there during dinner rush but Danny was taking our order ( confirming it with the ipad) within seconds after ordering.overall the experience was great and will go back soon!!

Good food (I cooked it myself!) I found the selection to be pretty good but what comes in each dish isn't a lot so order more than you expect. They've included some premade dishes that you'd find at Spring Sushi. They were just okay. The service was good, the atmosphere lacking.

The food was good and the atmosphere was lots of fun but the service was lousy. From waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes(I booked a reservation) to our tablet constantly shutting off. The thing that bothered me the most was that the tip was already added to our bill, and the debit machine asked for a tip on top of the existing tip. Not cool, I probably won't be back
