I ordered sushi for pickup and everything was great. The pieces were a really good size, fresh, and well made. You definitely get good value for what you pay. I loved it and will order again!

I went for my birthday dinner with my husband, the young male waiter completely ignored me while offering my husband a refill. Later on my husband asks for my refill and it comes back with a huge black hair floating in it. All they did was”oh sorry about that” as I could see a few metres away from me a group examining the cup and a girl saying she doesn’t see anything they are all giggling and spilling it. Horrible service and behaviour when you know the people aren’t far from you and your bar is open.
To then make things even funnier, there reply to my review is that they were checking for a crack in the glass caring an customer safety when I could clearly hear every single word being said and joking about “I don’t even see anything” and holding the glass up …unbelievable. There’s never a problem with staff of an establishment having a good time but there’s a problem when hygiene of an establishment and customer service is at stake and not cared about. I also don’t have to state it’s my birthday, just spending time with my husband and didn’t want the fuss and sadly left severely disappointed. When a waiter vocally asks someone if they want a water, it’s kinda common sense to make sure the other person wants a refill but I wasn’t even asked and completely ignored. Waiter constantly asked girls at the other table if they wanted something or if they were enjoying themselves and my husband definitely noticed the double standards as well. Also to just ignore the situation about a literal black hair floating around in the glass in your quick not thought out response is insane. I guess that’s what happens when an establishment is now run by a bunch of young people. Spring sushi has gone down hill.

I use to be a regular coming all the time with my family. It’s my first time coming since new management it was a horrible experience. They took off so many items like the Thai curry, and pad Thai. The food quality went down. Everything taste like old oil and the service is sooooooooo slow! After our first round of order, barely anything was coming out. We waiter 24 minutes for our second batche of torched sushi. Won’t be coming back unfortunately.

All you can eat sushi bar, which usually means that the food itself is mediocre.... And in this case is definitely true. Service was great, but the sashimi tasted like it had been left out on a counter for an hour. The maki rolls were good though

Restaurantji Recommends
We were just there for dinner for our anniversary. There were some service issues too, but their new menu and dish changes are incredibly disappointing. We've been going there for yeeeeears, but not any more. Some usual items missing, some favourites altered significantly and displeasing, and lots of subtle quality decreases. Wife and I were in complete agreement, and that's an accomplishment when it comes to food. My wife always loved the seaweed salad and has 2-3, but today she didn't even finish one. And the short ribs were undercooked. I could ramble on but suffice to say we were not impressed. We'll just be going to August 8 from now on, since they also ruined the ONE dish that made me choose them (beef wrapped spring onion - the sauce they are using for beef now is absolutely horrid). I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in a restaurant experience in my life.
