Coffee came quickly and Staff were friendly however when I received my breakfast, the sausage was shriveled and everything was cold, as if they had taken an old plate if food and put it in the microwave for 30 secs. The waitress did take it and have it remade but i will never be back nor recommend to a friend.

I love there breakfast but I find it very frustrating that they offer fancy coffees but no dairy alternatives.Vegetarian options: Great options and I just ask for no eggs but no dairy alternatives which is frustrating considering a box of oatmilk is only $3.

There is a lot of competition for breakfast in Ancaster and while this is good if you can't choose where you'd like to sit when there are plenty of available tables then you don't deserve the business . We were regular customers until today.

Not a good breakfast experience. First we walked in and was not greeted the hostess did not even have a smile on her face the entire time we were there. The booths were very dirty and the windows were full of food smeered I have posted photos. We ordered a poutine and it came out half cooked the meat wasn't cooked all the way and fries were raw still. The homefries were nasty they were definitely expired they had a very distinctive taste to them. Over all I wouldn't recommend this location. Our serve was totally understanding and attentive to our table. They had no holiday music playing ot any music at all this is my first time back in a long time and the atmosphere was very different.
