Not impressed. I visited 2 days in a row. First day baristas were chatting and annoyed when I tried to order. Second day got my coffee mixed up, added milk in my americano.

Please stop giving your money to this company especially this store! Today while on break from Jury Duty I ran to the closest Starbucks to grab a bite and while waiting in line a very elderly women who was ahead of me at the cash was paying for her order with change and was 5 cents short. Not only would ALL of the employees in the store not cover the 5 cents but they treated her like trash. She turned around almost in tears and asked if I had 5 cents which I had no coins so I offered to tap for her but before that I asked the male barista with light hair and glasses why they couldn’t cover the 5 cents?! He replied with no one had it which is insane, every customer who pays by card is presented with a tip option and im quite sure every employee working could have tapped their phone for the 5 cents or he could have absorbed it and said no problem like a human being! Instead he told me thats not how business worked… imagine that a multi billion dollar corporation unable to comp 5 cents for societies most vulnerable. I tapped my card because its our duty to take care of our elders and I’m sure if it was any of the employees grandmothers they would want someone to do the same! As i tapped the tip option came up and I said ya no tip and he replied I don't need it! The ignorance I experienced in that store and the way they treat ppl made me sick I left and wont be going back! Tim hortons gives out free coffees and covers ppl who short all the time! Thats where id rather give my hard earned money too! Its amazing all the equality initiatives they offer to LGBQT but the financially comprised and elderly who built this country get humiliated and treated like trash… theres a reason Starbucks was boycotted last year and I finally see it. I hope that 5 cents was worth losing my order today, this review and the call to starbucks canada

Ordered a venti they gave me a small and refused to remake it in the size I ordered. Tried to throw it out but they make the garbage slot to thin so a spill happened. Have the day you deserve. Waste of $10. I made modifications for the venti so it would actually have taste. But in the 1/2 the size drink they gave me to sweet and putrid. Your female employee needs to be re trained. When you make it the wrong size you remake the right size you don’t try to argue with the person whose money you just wasted and stole at that point. She used my money to make herself what she wanted to make not what I asked for.

The abysmal coffee quality aside, a company's values matter to me as a customer, and I hope Starbucks will reconsider their union busting tactics. Happy to have boycotted it for the past few years and I don't miss it. Plenty of local coffee shops near by with much better coffee.

Staff here give food delivery drivers a hard time when picking up orders with rude and demanding attitudes. While drivers work their butt off to provide prompt and safe service for their customers, they are told no need to bring in thermal bags to insulate the package, but cannot check any order names on the counter before having the staff's permision even though staff here are so busy which they can't respond to drivers within a timely manner. As people who work for the same goal which is to provide good service for customers, the store really need to reflect on how to make the process easier but not more difficult for both ends. As a Starbucks customer myself, experiences like this do not seem customer-friendly at all.
