The lady who made my coffee was terrible I ordered extra ice on my coffee and when i let her know she didn’t want to do it because she said she give me the extra ice terrible actitud she give me terrible customer service this is the second time in this location

Staff here give food delivery drivers a hard time when picking up orders with rude and demanding attitudes. While drivers work their butt off to provide prompt and safe service for their customers, they are told no need to bring in thermal bags to insulate the package, but cannot check any order names on the counter before having the staff's permision even though staff here are so busy which they can't respond to drivers within a timely manner. As people who work for the same goal which is to provide good service for customers, the store really need to reflect on how to make the process easier but not more difficult for both ends. As a Starbucks customer myself, experiences like this do not seem customer-friendly at all.

*Don’t mind my insane amount of blonde shots* but this drink is so yum like the employee who perfectly made it recognized! If anyone’s looking for something new :) thought I’d share. I also love to get salted caramel cf with this too. Love this location!

Terrible... Very rube staff told me to buy another coffee after buying one to use the restroom. Ended up holding it for another Cafe down the street where I spent 3x as much $$ and will be back.. never coming to this run down disrespectful location
This is an amazing location, being in the heart of downtown. The store is always spotless. I usually come in just before closing not really knowing what I want but the staff are very patient and kind enough to guide me through what kind of drink I want. For example, the last time I was there me and my wife went in about half an hour before they close and I knew I wanted a drink that my wife, (which was once a barista) brought home for me from her work like eight or nine years ago. So neither of us knew what I actually wanted All I knew is that it was green and blended. These amazing barista walk me through pretty much every green blended drink they have, even though it was half an hour before closing, and they obviously had to clean up behind the counter and everything before leaving. I felt like I held back, but they never made me feel rushed. In fact, my wife said that she wouldn’t have been so patient with me. She was still working as a barista. Eventually, we found out that I wanted a matcha Frappuccino. They made it perfectly even with my brief step wife judging them I even had a peppermint shot to the drink and a taste exactly like mint chocolate chip ice cream! Even better than my wife could ever make!
Stopped buying coffee at this place and removed the Starbucks app as they always keep asking me to add milk myself instead of doing it for me. If I order a coffee with milk I expect one. Not going to do their job and pay for full service. That's like if you go for oil change and the service guys take your money, give you oil and tell you to change it yourself.
