Unfortunately had a terrible experience with 2 staff members there today. I didn’t stay long enough to check their names because they made me so uncomfortable. I asked about my order (1 espresso) 7 min after the time estimated it would be ready (22 minutes after I ordered it). I was told the time provided in app was accurate as to when my drink would be ready “if you ever looked at it”. Then a big eye roll and sarcastic “thanks for your patience” and snarky laughter as I walked out. So uncomfortable and disappointed as I work next door and will need to go elsewhere for coffee now. Don’t feel like getting bullied waiting for my coffee.

We sometimes come when we visit our friends who live in town. The last two times, the experience has been mediocre at best. On my one friend’s drink, we asked if there was cold foam added and the barista said it was but that it sunk to the bottom… when the other drinks had them on it, on top - never have we had this happen with cold foam. At this location and others, the drinks aren’t coming with toppings as advertised in the description and images. If you choose to add them, you get charged, especially with the sugar cookie oat latte, where they’re charging 60 cents for the sprinkles. Why is this being falsely advertised? I’m unsure but would like to know! We love Starbucks but this makes us not want to go anymore… They’ve built their brand on solid, consistent coffee but this is not that.

Though Starbucks is overpriced and is currently controversial it’s a good location compared to other Starbucks’. One problem I do have is that a lot of Mac students go to Starbucks so it gets a bit crowded around lunch time.
