I would not have given them even one star if it was possible. The staff here is the worst staff I have dealt anywhere in Starbucks. They are unprofessional and bad tempered!! The ladies here need training….mental, professional and physical!

I went to starbucks for lunch to get my usual venti drink. They did not fill it up to the top. Seriously? I payed 9 dollars for it and they can’t even fill it up to the top? Ridiculous!

Though Starbucks is overpriced and is currently controversial it’s a good location compared to other Starbucks’. One problem I do have is that a lot of Mac students go to Starbucks so it gets a bit crowded around lunch time.
They do not recycle properly! They send so many stuff to a landfill and frame using LED bulbs as eco-friendly when they are a cost-saving measure. And where are the compost bins?

Hated my experience. Everytime i ask for light ice, they leave the cup half empty!! I mean am i paying for ice or coffee???? If i complained they topped it off with milk and made my coffee taste milkyyyy urghhhh!!
