I paid $18.02 for two drinks and I have now been in the drive thru for 25 minutes now. I’m currently sitting at the window and I see them making my drinks as I am writing this review. This is atrocious service. At other places I may have to deal with someone that doesn’t speak English but at least I’m in and out in 3 minutes

Waited in line for 15 minutes just to grab a small coffee
I don’t think they understand the purpose of drive thru that you just grab and go

It just takes too long to get your orders. I ordered ahead on the app and it took over 15 minutes to get a regular medium roast Pike Place coffee. It was not hot and still without the cream I asked. This happened more than twice, about 4 cars in DT and no customer at the front so not sure why it took long. After pointing out the miss in my coffee, he poured cream till the coffee spilled.

Very noisy place, lack of hospitality from staff, no hi, thank you or conversation to confirm that she heard what we said. And on top of that all our food came out, but coffee took 13 minutes, since they started serving the flocks of high schools kids rolling in.

I came in for my birthday and Nour was helping me out. Made me a cute magic drink. Thank you so much for your customer service and hospitality. One of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to in a while. She also wrote it down for me, thank you so much for the love and kindness!!!!!!

Slowest starbucks ever! Always screwing up my order.
If I could give a zero I would.
Lots of staff doing a whole lot of nothing! No idea how they are a 3.7. They are rude, grumpy and make you feel like your a bother.
Owner needs to open their eyes from all the bad comments this place gets.

Great location supper clean, friendly staff, lots to choose from with tons of flavours! Might be my new favourite coffee, but they need to take care of the inside customer the same as the drive through. Right now the build up of inside traffic was a bit out of had as you clearly watched cars continue to drive through. And mobile orders were definitely a priority over foot traffic as well. But other than the wait the staff was friendly and made a perfect coffee to get my day going!
