drive through times are crazy! staff your peaks better

Poor experience. People waiting over 20 minutes for coffees. Employee did not even apologize, just made excuses, and told people to just get refunds.

I came in for my birthday and Nour was helping me out. Made me a cute magic drink. Thank you so much for your customer service and hospitality. One of the best Starbucks locations I’ve been to in a while. She also wrote it down for me, thank you so much for the love and kindness!!!!!!

Slowest starbucks ever! Always screwing up my order.
If I could give a zero I would.
Lots of staff doing a whole lot of nothing! No idea how they are a 3.7. They are rude, grumpy and make you feel like your a bother.
Owner needs to open their eyes from all the bad comments this place gets.

Great location supper clean, friendly staff, lots to choose from with tons of flavours! Might be my new favourite coffee, but they need to take care of the inside customer the same as the drive through. Right now the build up of inside traffic was a bit out of had as you clearly watched cars continue to drive through. And mobile orders were definitely a priority over foot traffic as well. But other than the wait the staff was friendly and made a perfect coffee to get my day going!

I recommend that you order your drink via the mobile app or in the drive-thru if you want to be served in a timely manner… Waited 16 minutes for run-of-the-mill lattes.

Dogwater service. Over 10 mins to make 1 hot beverage! 3 employees and this didnt even occur during peak hours. Too much chatter with visiting friends/colleagues and staff were doing everything but fulfilling orders.

This has to be absolutely one of the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had worldwide, Not just in Canada.
The Barista who made my drink wrong And Added whip cream, Which is completely OK everybody makes mistake.
What happened after that is what made this even worse. When I asked Them that they made my drink wrong most barista’s just throw the drink out and make a completely new one in case anybody’s allergic to whipped cream, ( ps- I’m not all allergic to whip cream )

But guess what? At this Starbucks, they will Do that With an attitude making you feel like You are the one Or made a mistake.
Oh, and also no apologies whatsoever which is whatever again.
The point Is when you spend Seven dollars a drink maybe two or three times a day you expect a little better service. Then the one you get when you go to this Starbucks location.
And yes, a little bit of The leftover whipped cream in your drink Will surely change the taste of your drink.
Thanks but never again.

Poor staff swamped. Drive thru taking priority. 8 people waiting for overpriced drinks. Regret walking in to grab a drink. Over 15 minutes for a single drink. Hire more staff.
