Ordered a drink with light ice and the drink came with half ice. I didn’t have time to go back and complain because I was already on the highway. I called the store to complain and the manager didn’t really care much. Next time I will check before I drive away.

this is my favourite location. I always receive my drink at that tastes excellent every time and the staff are so welcoming everytime I stop in I am greeted with a smile and small conversations. Would say this is the best location in Hamilton. Keep it up!!

I’ve been coming to Starbucks at the start of my night shift and recently, every time I have been, they tell me that they are out of coffee .. they have no coffee brewed after 8pm …. EXCUSE ME !! I thought I was at a coffee shop trying to get coffee !! I’ll hesitate next time Starbucks is in the area.
It’s very bad service. I went there last night was one of the stuff in the drive-through. It’s very rude. I’m not gonna go there again anymore.
