Unfriendly and Slow when ask about my order I get an eye roll..
I was pleasantly surprised that this location was open on Christmas Day. They were busy but they worked super efficiently as a cohesive team to get orders out. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

horrible workers. especially the white girl with the black pony tail she’s rude as hell. everytime i have gone there she has served me and everytime she seemed rude and annoyed by me simply placing my order. i also asked her about gift card and she gave me dirty looks and acted like i was asking some kind of outrageous question. i also asked for light ice and she always fills the whole cup with ice. if i’m paying 10$ for a drink the least you could do is add light ice. not worth it, many other starbucks are better.

I absolutely NEED to leave a GLOWING review about this starbucks location. Every time I think I have experienced the best possible level of customer service I am shown how they always manage to go above and beyond. Yesterday I came in and stayed until close working on a 28 page assignment recieving nothing but smiles and great service as I continously ordered items to keep me going. Today, I come in and the place is completely packed, every single seat is taken. I mention this while im ordering and tell the lovely staff it is totally okay I can go sit somewhere else. They take time to scope out a free table and find a chair in the back so I have enough space to set up my laptop and now start my next large assignment. I am beyond grateful for this gesture as it has completely turned my day around. Instead of having to go searching for a good place to study I am able to stay in this comfortable and familiar space because of their above and beyond service. I hope all of the workers today get the praise they deserve for going beyond a basic smile with service and constantly being genuine, helpful and kind.

I don't know what is going on with Starbucks but I think the company's priorities when hiring are to hire people that are super unfriendly and have poor customer service skills. There are few Starbucks that I enjoy going to around the GTA and this location is not one of them. I cannot believe that staff would argue with customers who are being nothing but friendly. Even Battista's make mistakes. It's how you handle the situation that makes the difference. The staff around 4:30 pm on December 9th needs more customer service training and a better attitude on the job. I deal with the general public every day in my business, and this level of poor customer service would put me out of business in no time. I expect more as a customer service specialist and think the entire company needs to go back to the drawing board with their hiring tactics. For how much money customers are paying for their specialty drinks, I think at the very least the drinks could be made as requested without any arguments. Perhaps a more thorough training program needs to be implemented so consistency can exist no matter which location you go to. This location has the worst drinks of all 60 locations between Canada and the U.S. I've gone to. My advice is to do better and learn to treat your customers with more dignity and respect, I should not know how poorly your day is going or how unhappy you are to be employed, especially when they are nothing short but polite and kind. So disgusted with this team. I will never go back to this location again, and will caution every I know to do the same.

This has to be one of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service. Specifically Lou, he has to be one of the best servers I’ve ever had the pleasure to have serve me. He comes in everyday with great energy and has taken the effort to grow a friendly relationship with us over all the times we have stopped in for coffee or breakfast. The hospitality here is unmatched, from serving us with a smile and little note on our drinks to brighten our day to top of the line customer service by offering little snacks or replacements if something goes wrong with our order. I couldn’t recommend it enough to stop by and grab a drink, everyone here is wonderful and treats us like family. 10/10

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such amazing customer service anywhere else. Every worker here is an absolute gem and goes above and beyond to make every experience I have here a great one. My drinks and food are always great, and the atmosphere has been life saving for studying and crunching my school work. Don’t think I’ll ever find a starbucks as great as this one!

Don’t like that they charge extra now for Matcha Tea scoops
Drive-Thru Order takers often quite lovely

But, everyone has a bad day I guess

i am a door dash driver, today i had a pickup, there was an lady she was so rude to me , i said order is ready can i have it? she said name? i said it’s hard for me i can’t pronounce, i am showing you the phone, as you can see, she said yes i can see, but you have to tell the name, i said i no i can’t speak, she said ok if you can’t speak i will not give you the order, i said oky no worries, i talk to doordash, then they call to restaurant, they said yes order is ready but no one was here to pick up the order, what?????

I visit numerous coffee shops to work remote and have always had great service and experience at this location. The bathrooms are clean, service is prompt and polite and the food / coffee is what you'd expect.
Today while working I didn't have a phone charger and my battery was running low. I asked a barista behind the counter if they had any charging cords that they would be willing to share with me and one of them went into the back room and provided me with a charger to keep my phone alive while I work.
This was such a great experience considering my vehicle was in for service at this time and I didn't have had access to my own equipment.
