Waited 20 minutes for a cakepop - that's absolutely ludicrous and unacceptable. Staff were friendly but clearly over-worked. Obviously a management issue. Won't be back to this location and more likely to hit McDonald's as at least they have a countdown clock to abide by.

I am very confused by this Starbucks because I usually have a pleasant experience in store. However, whenever I am ordering it to be delivered, there always seems to be an issue. I am missing multiple items every single time and today, I recieved my order with an entire drink being spilled and causing my food to be inedible. The other drink I recieved was also not made correctly. Very frustrating to recieve this kind of service.

The Starbucks at 1405 Upper James Street feels cold and uninspired, lacking the cozy and welcoming vibe the brand is known for. For a better atmosphere, try 1508 Upper James Street instead.

Very rude employees we are just on time and still we have 2 3 minutes time left still they lock the door in front of our face eventhough we requested. This is not at all good and a way to treat customers and all the 3 girls are very rude and ignore us.
