So much for the 4 Minute Rule Brian Niccol!! That's it, I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times now as previously I had engaging interactions at the drive thru... 30 minutes for 3 drinks! I ordered ahead, walk in 10 minutes after I sent my order on the app. They hammer off their drive thru and the lady who ordered at the counter as in came in. I check with the barista if they have my order, she says yes, prints all 3 labels and places them on cups. Then they start cleaning up an area and a machine... changeover staff and a new barista starts making my order... I ask if it's supposed to take 20 minutes for an order, get told sorry we only have one person making drinks. No, you worried about printing the tags, and continued to handle walk-ins, the drive thru and then only cared about cleaning. Waited just shy of 30 minutes from time of order to the time I walked out the door. Do better, this is unacceptable!

The person at the drive thru over lunch on Sept 28 was rude and unfriendly. My pink drink had no strawberries which was fine but at least mention you have run out. No please or thank you after I picked up my purchase just let the window close and walked away.

I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years, but this location really shocked me. The staff came across as completely unprofessional—rude remarks, no acknowledgment, and a clear lack of interest in helping customers. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, it felt tense and uncomfortable. Definitely not the Starbucks experience I’m used to.
