I did not expect such a decline in customer service at the Starbucks branch located at 1260 Rymal Road East, as it has always been a favorite place for me and my family.

I recently switched Starbucks locations after having issues with my drinks not being made correctly at another store. I have been coming to this location for about the last week and it has been excellent every time.I order the same drink I have had for over six years a strawberry açaí with lemonade and today it was one of the best drinks I have ever had. Not just at Starbucks but anywhere. It was made perfectly and you can tell real care went into it. The staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming. When I place a mobile order it is always ready when I arrive which I really appreciate.Even though this Starbucks is a bit out of my way on my drive home I will happily keep coming here because great service and great drinks are worth it. I cannot say enough good things about this location. The team truly deserves recognition. ☕💛

It’s very hard to find a starbucks that makes a black cold brew right (trust me it can taste nasty if the portions are wrong) and this location always delivers. Consistent, quick and always friendly. If I am ever feeling like grabbing a drink this is the location I always go to. Josie, Pear and Cree are always fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about the baristas, service & drinks. ☕️💕 best starbucks in the area.

This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location, and both times it involved two different female baristas. I have never experienced this kind of treatment at any other Starbucks in Ontario, Canada, or anywhere else in the world. Both times, the baristas had an obvious bad attitude toward my custom drink order. It was clearly visible on their faces — their expressions, eyebrows, and lips were very unwelcoming and judgmental. Custom drinks are part of Starbucks’ service, and no customer should be treated poorly for ordering one. The store was empty, yet ordering ahead through the app was unavailable, so I came inside to order. She took my order with a bad attitude, made the drink, and I sat at a table right in front of her waiting. When my drink was ready, she did not call my name or say anything at all. I only realized my drink was ready when I noticed it sitting there.
This is the second time I’ve been treated this exact same way at this location. I didn’t say anything the first time, but experiencing it again today is unacceptable. You were not busy, so there is no excuse for this behavior. I don’t want to mention your name here, but this needs to be addressed by management. If you don’t like your job or serving customers, then customer service may not be the right role for you. I own a restaurant myself, and my staff would never treat customers this way. I will not be returning to this Starbucks location.
Visited this location this morning and the staff is amazing! You could tell they were short staff today and dealing with a nasty customer but still managed to do it with a smile and make my experience a great one.

Terrible experience this morning getting my coffee in my own cup. Watson was not professional at all this morning while serving me in the drive thru lane. She needs to improve her communication skills when dealing with customers. Leave your personal issues at home when you clock in at work! Be better WATSON!!

Went to the Starbucks at this location and had placed a mobile order. The order said 6-11 minutes till my order was ready and i showed up around 8 minutes after it was placed. As I was waiting patiently for my order to be completed a barista with brown curly hair came to the window and said “ just so you know, you can’t just show up here after you place an order and expect it to be ready”. Completely unprompted and disrespectful. I find it impressive that Starbucks allow these kinds of employees representing the brand. Considering how kind and patient I was the reaction was disgusting. Very sad, won’t be going here again.

One particular staff member is very rude. I walked in and witnessed an officer request to use the restroom. Staff said no. Only for customers……she had just gone through the drive through…..not the first time I’ve seen rude behaviour at this location. You’d think at the prices they charge, they would be more appreciative of customers!!!Not going back to this location.
