I have been coming to this location for about 4 years now and the time has come to finally let the city know just how fantastic the staff here are.
I want to begin this with a expansive thank you to Caspian, Ayan, Duncan, Monica, Aiden, Shea, Shy, and the rest for being such a colossal start to my days.
These people not only work hard at this Starbucks location, but they go far above when it comes to being a presence to the customers they are in service of. Their treatment of others is tantamount to the products they serve.
Never in my life would I have thought I would have such a collective of people be the reason I visited an establishment, but here we are.
There aren't enough rating stars to give this crew to rate them, but a living wage would be an excellent start.

Wasn't too crowded. Was able to conduct a conference call with two other people. Coffee was great
The music is just way too loud here. I have been to almost every Starbucks in the Hamilton-Ancaster area to work and study and this York Blvd location is by far the only location that BLASTS its music.
It's so bass-thumpingly so loud to the point I am wearing Bose Noise-Cancelling headphones trying to watch my lecture and I STILL hear the club EDM music playing from the restaurant's speakers over my work. It's extremely disturbing.
It's not even like it's quiet study/productivity music either, they play EDM club and dance music on a Sunday morning with just 3 people in the store. It's like a nightclub in here for some reason.
I understand music in the background is good for productivity, but we should have a CHOICE for the music. It shouldn't be blasted so loud we are forced to to listen to the atrocious bass thumping the whole time we are.
Please turn the music down.

Hello, I am not really sure what the food is like because I have never ate there, but I know first hand that the women that work at the Starbucks are amazing people to deal with. I came in as a desperate out-of-towner to the city, making my annual Xmas stop to a Portuguese place in Hamilton; my cell was dead, and I was lost. I walked in - timid and embarrassed. I was greeted by one lovely woman who made me feel welcomed, and when she asked how I was, I told her I was lost with my cell dead, and I needed some help in the form of directions. haha Her and another woman who knew of the place I was looking for were super helpful and got me where I needed to be. I needed a gift card for someone, so I purchased it while I was there, and I made certain to provide a tip for their help. The directions were spot on, and I made it there with plenty of time to spare. I just want to say thank you to those 2 who helped me. For that experience, I want to say the customer service and atmosphere are great. The staff are great. I should have tipped more. Anyways, thank you, and Merry Christmas. Take care and best wishes to those 2.
