Starbucks on Bay & York (Hamilton): best location ever! We don’t really go in, mostly drive-thru … and the staff are friendly, funny and just super sweet EVERY single time. Literally the best Sbucks I’ve been to over many years. Love.

Don’t come here at all. I ordered a crème brûlée latte this morning, they said they didn’t have it so I asked for something similar. They still charged me full price for the crème brûlée latte and all I got was a coffee with four pumps of caramel and nothing else. What a joke this location is. I used to work at a coffee shop and you should not be charging people like this if you don’t even have the product.

Middle of my wrap was cold, but still edible. I didn’t ask or say anything so my bad I’m sure they would have fixed it.
The guy with blonde/brown hair with glasses, quite rude. Just tried asking him a simple question about the parking to the side of the building and he couldn’t even give me the time of day, he seemed so bothered. It only takes 30 seconds to be a decent human being.

Thank you, Starbucks, for always having a clean, wheelchair accessible washroom available to paying customers! There is no other option nearby to Bay/York, especially evenings/weekends or fall/winter/spring when washrooms at Bayfront Park are closed.

I frequently visit this location with participants that have disabilities from my place of employment and the baristas are so warm and welcoming when we come! They take their time with us and ensure we always have a good visit.

My friend and I went to this place and received poor service. We received poor service a few minutes ago and felt discriminated against. We didn't receive what we ordered and were charged for the wrong thing. The service from the employees at this place is terrible.
