Everyone was really nice, I’m not the besttt at conversation but they are genuinely so nice ? someone even told me I could get refills for drinks (Idk how I didn’t know but now I do!!!) also had some samples and they all were really nice, a sweet treat while studying is honestly the best

This morning oct 3 at 7ish am I ordered through app in the parking lot because i have social anxiety ordering in drive through. So i ordered then drove up to the speaker because its basically the same if i ordered in the drive through …. The person with short short hair and piercings or whatever in drive through was really rude saying “u just ordered 43 seconds ago” im like ya and? If i ordered through drive through u would still be making my drink just as fast. They are always always rude whenever I see them. If u hate your job go somewhere else.

Came in here having a panic attack after getting lost trying to find the waterfront. Front-counter staff were super accomidating, got me a bottle of water and a few cookies and told me I could take as long as I needed to re-gather myself. They didn't even charge me for those things either which was nice, can tell they've had stuff like this happen before.
Parking: Out back, 50 or so spots, only accepts credit cards (no debit).

In this branch, every staff must be trained to be rude to customers any time of the day.
