Starbucks on Bay & York (Hamilton): best location ever! We don’t really go in, mostly drive-thru … and the staff are friendly, funny and just super sweet EVERY single time. Literally the best Sbucks I’ve been to over many years. Love.
Very personable and lovely staff. All of them always intrigued to hear about your day. Genuinely always looking forward to seeing them before starting my day. It is a busier Starbucks as there are not many around but worth it :) Please let them know they’re doing great!!
Middle of my wrap was cold, but still edible. I didn’t ask or say anything so my bad I’m sure they would have fixed it.
The guy with blonde/brown hair with glasses, quite rude. Just tried asking him a simple question about the parking to the side of the building and he couldn’t even give me the time of day, he seemed so bothered. It only takes 30 seconds to be a decent human being.
