“I ordered the same drink at another store and it was perfect, but this location made it completely different. When I asked the staff about it, they just said ‘That’s how we do it here’ — which makes no sense for the same brand. They did agree to remake it, but just added an extra cup of ice instead of fixing the taste. Very disappointed and confused — consistency should be better across all locations.”

Waste of $ Will stick to Tim's for coffee I Asked for sugar packets on the side but they added it inside my coffee instead 😩 syrup was already added into it so for me it was insanely sweet $8 for that is expensive 👎 the 2 Sandwiches were horrible 🤢 turkey pesto it came hot very soggy and smashed it was advertised as a cold sandwich not hot I don't like hot sandwiches not sure why they tried heating it up plus very weak on the ingredients will not be returning to any Starbucks location

I love my weekday morning crew! They are positive,happy and on the ball.
The morning weekend workers are vile, and almost in a manic depressive state and miserable. Short hair woman and the one with the mask.horrible!
The opening time for Monday-Saturday is listed as 5:00am, but I went there this morning (a Saturday) and the doors were locked. The workers inside indicated that they opened at 6:00. It was a long walk for nothing. They need to correct their store hours on Google.

As a regular customer, I often have Jess prepare my early morning coffee. She is welcoming and always giving off such a good vibe to start off my day. I enjoy coming to this location and my coffee is hot and fresh. I highly recommend Jess in the morning to start your day, can't go wrong there

Each morning, our coffee ritual is something we genuinely look forward to, and much of that is thanks to Aimee and Jess. When they are on the morning shift, the experience is always warm, welcoming, and effortless. They greet us with kindness and consistently prepare our coffee just the way we like it. It’s a small part of our day that makes a big difference, and their attentiveness does not go unnoticed. It’s clear they take pride in their work and enjoy the shift, and it truly shows.
We’ve also had great experiences with Jenn, whose cheerful demeanor and positive attitude brighten our mornings. She, too, has always gone out of her way to make sure our coffee is made how we prefer it, with a smile and a “of course you can.”
However, we’ve had a very different experience with your other Baristas and staff members working the morning shift. Unfortunately, the service is cold and dismissive when our coffee request is met with rolling eyes - and more importantly. never made the way we want it - which is disheartening, especially given that we’re regular customers who come in every day and simply want the same consistent and friendly service.
We completely understand that everyone has different work styles, and mornings can be busy. Still, as loyal daily customers, it’s disheartening to feel dismissed or unwelcome, especially when we know how good the experience can be with team members like Aimee, Jess, and Jenn.
We’re sharing this in hopes that it can help create more consistency in the morning experience. We'd absolutely love to see more of Aimee and Jess during the morning shift. They bring joy, efficiency, and a personal touch that keeps us coming back.
Our cashier had no clue. Very slow that Saturday.
Alittle difficult to find parking as it is only street parking. Also the barista informed me they will no longer be offering lactose free milk. Not sure what people are supposed to do. Especially those with nut allergies.. they offer oat and almond milk. Also soy and coconut which in my opinion changes the taste. I prefer lactose free milk. Im definitely going to call Corporate to express my frustration.
Workers are always so rude, this location is close by my home so I prefer this but not anymore, today I ordered 4 drinks all of them with light ice and they always put too much ice and less drink (come on) is it coming from your pockets or what?
When I asked so called barista he said it’s less ice already have good one! What is this behaviour??? Waste of money
