One of the rudest Starbucks I ever been to I just asked the lady who is making the drink. I didn’t want too much ice and she had to give me so much attitude for it. She’s a lady with the nose piercing in between her nostrils so rude so much attitude. I’ll probably never order a drink here ever again.

The store manager needs to vet your people better. One of your employees is representing the whole store on social media, selling merch, and ranting about customers’ order being too complicated, saying customers who orders grande in venti cups are all cheapskates trying to take advantage of the store. The employee is part time and goes to McMaster.
