Staff are more worried about talking than actually getting your order right. When you do order, make sure you check it before you leave because the odds are it wont be made correctly.

Had the best Starbucks drinks made from this location, made with love by Serena. Truly I have not been having consistent tasting drinks from any Starbucks lately and she has put my faith back into the company. Truly, she loves what she does and it shows. Thank you so much for making our treats enjoyable!

Wanted 4 drinks, came out with 5, even after she asked me if i wanted 2 refreshers, i told her no, they then made the one i told them i didn’t want. My drink is like 1/4 coffee, not even sure what this is…$40 for my order , not impressed at all. This is not the first time this location has not made our order right

Worst location I’ve ever been too , worker came off cash and went on the phone when there was a line up . And only 1 customer waiting for drinks . UNBELIEVABLE

I like the staff at this Starbucks and it's usually not as busy as other locations. Especially in the mornings. I'm a little disappointed at the quality of the coffee. You never know what you're going to get. Some mornings, very fresh. Other mornings it tastes like yesterdays coffee. Was there the other day and coffee was luke warm. After adding cream, it had that grey colour to it like old coffee does. And this was only at 8:00am. How does coffee get that old, that fast. Not happy at all. The barista I'm sure would be more than happy to fix this for me, but I don't usually have the time to wait for a fresh brew. I think I may stick to Tim Hortons going forward. Thanks.

Cashier was extremely rude. I asked to reload my card during my transaction and shes telling me its a separate transaction. Im not sure how they train their employees but clearly not a real Starbucks partner. I used to work at Starbucks so I know how the POS system works. If it updated, okay but dont be so rude and arrogant to customers. I thought it was just me but i seen her yelling at the old man behind me too

Honestly loved this location until today.
Today my mother who uses a cane, and has a hard time walking stopped into metro to pick some stuff up. Since it is 35 degrees out today she stopped at Starbucks to ask for a cup of water before she grabbed some stuff at metro, and headed home (she walks & with the heat and mobility issues, it’s hot!). The girl at the counter informed my mom that they only provide water to paying customers (she was shopping in metro before going home & spent at least $50-$70). I find this disgusting and will not be going to Starbucks again, regardless of the location. Water is free, your cups cost PENNIES, and you charge an arm and a leg for coffee. I find it hard to believe locally owned coffee shops can do this… but Starbucks can’t?

Worst Starbucks in the entire city.. 9 out of ten times they don’t make your drink right. And then offer to remake it and remake it wrong.

Standard Starbucks chain in terms of menu and quality. The drinks are always good. My favorite is the gingerbread oat chai when it’s in season and the birthday cake pops. Order is always accurately made and fresh. Location is convenient enough although the street is busy and so clogged with traffic due to construction recently. I always use the drive thru since it’s on my way in/out of Hamilton. Definitely easier to utilize than the Starbucks in the metro. You do need to be cautious in the plaza because it’s hard for parking cars to see other vehicles. Also of note is you have to pull out of the drive thru very carefully because it exits onto a busy sidewalk and you’re blind to the pedestrians. It’s right across the street from First Ontario Center so the parking can be difficult during events, the drive thru is in the parking lot, it’s easy to miss the turn to enter. The staff are always super sweet and almost always have something nice to say that really brightens my day. The wait can be a bit long during peak times but isn’t too bad otherwise.

Not sure how they messed up my order so bad, who even wants cold foam on a Frappuccino? It clearly says cold brew. Maybe pay more attention to the order instead of writing a fun fact on my cup..

there was only 5 people ahead of me and the one employee kept complaining about the amount of customers and called her manager for help…she continued to argue with management on the phone instead of serving customers. She was also distracting other employees from making coffees so she could continue complaining. I had to ask for my 2nd drink after waiting about 5minutes in between getting the first drink and she started serving other customers after me their drinks. When I asked she gave attitude stating another customer took my drink. Ok…? I still need my drink. 25mins later I got 2….drinks…. Wow.
