maybe i’m just lucky but i’ve never seen a line up here. i mobile order and it’s done fairly quick. nice baristas as well. located directly onto your right when you enter.

My previous review from my last experience has mysteriously disappeared.. however, today, October 4 at 12:04pm, upon ordering my drink the baristas were gossiping about their coworker staying that, "she should be fired". I ordered a simple drink, iced green tea lemonade, but it must've been forgotten about because the customer behind me recieved her specialty drink before me. Not only did she receive her drink first, the barista had to remake her drink because she ordered hot, not iced. The whole time I was waiting for my iced tea that I ordered first! It's not the first time something like this happened with myself or other customers.

Well we all know that Starbucks is known for consistently making their drinks just right, and they’ll remake it if it doesn’t meet your expectations, which I appreciate. However, my experience at this location wasn’t great in terms of customer service. The worker wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t seem to be paying attention. I passed by the counter a couple of times, and even though they were only serving one person, there was no greeting or offer to assist me. It felt like they weren’t too keen on serving, which was a bit disappointing to me. As they are at all the locations I’ve been to , super friendly and very helpful and welcoming.
The drink itself was okay, but the lack of attentiveness from the staff brought down the overall experience. A bit saddening
However when you go it could be a totally different experience. Perhaps it depends on the staff working? ?

Parking: In a plaza. Lots of free parking it’s inside metro.

Came in to get groceries and a drink, which was delicious, and ended up losing my phone in the process. Katie was super fast to help and located it just as quickly. I appreciate the help soooo very much! Give that girl a raise!!

Asked for a strawberry frap with coconut milk. They gave me a vanilla frap ? Then when I told them I didn’t ask for that and he just said “it says vanilla” didn’t even offer to remake it. not sure how you get vanilla and strawberry mixed up... and the drink wasn’t even mixed! prob won’t return.

Staff are always super friendly and have a personality. Always willing to talk and seem very understanding of what they’re making as well as excited about the items! They don’t mind keeping tabs on what people enjoy and don’t enjoy. Considering this isn’t a normal Starbucks this is a very good location. (I’ll keep coming back haha)

Ordered strawberry acai lemonade and were out of strawberries!! I payed for extra dragon fruit in both. They didn’t even put a whole 1 scoop in and then when I asked if they had put extra they said they did and tried arguing with me. They did not give me extra berries and the fact they were out of strawberries made everything worse. PLUS I payed to have extra in! WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!!!!!
