I ordered a cold brew, and when i got there I saw them struggling to fix the cold brew. I stood there for a while, by the time they told me they couldnt do my drink I had been standing there for a while. I asked for the sugar cookie latte instead and the woman that served me seemed confused, and after I reiterated that I wanted the latte exactly how its supposed to be made, she gave me a plain latte with no syrup and made me miss my bus

Went in to grab a quick drink before work, I'd like to premises there was no one in line ahead of me, and just 1 or two people waiting for drinks. I ordered a iced green tea lemonade, I waited for over 10 minutes while one person was making mobile orders calling out names of people who were not there, there was 5 people behind the counter and only one making drinks. Finally some decided to get to my cup as I've been the only one standing there now this entire time and makes me a iced Macha latte..... She did apologize but at this point I didn't have another 10 minutes to wait around, so I asked for a refund. She did say sorry and gave the refund no problem. The issue here is why is 5 people behind the counter with only one person making drinks, and why was I there waiting for so long while there was no one ahead of me. Stabucks is way to experience to be this poor at executing service. This is a clear sign of poor management and a corporation that dosn't care about their customers.

this Starbucks annoys me, how is it that they renovated recently but they don't accept scan and pay? so okay ill order ahead... cant do that unless I have a Starbucks gift card because they don't accept that either

barista on cash today didn’t know that 100 stars get you an iced coffee and looked at me all confused. asked for extra splash of milk and got no milk in it… besides that interaction they recently renovated and it looks good.

The ladies here are very nice but I have had several issues with orders. Today was the worst. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and there is no caramel in it. There is no sweetness to it so I am left with strong bitter milky coffee. The red haired lady who was on hot food waited for all the hot food orders to be done at the same time which caused me to wait almost 10 mins after my coffee was done for my food.
Great spot to grab a warm coffee on a chilly day! The service was quick, and my drink was just the way I like it. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere is nice for a quick stop. Definitely a good place for a coffee break!

Today I had worst expirence of Starbucks at this place . My order was totally wrong, customer service was not good at all, even after requesting her to make our drinks right, she didn’t listen, responded so rudely and arrogantly.
The people who work there are very nice but speed is very slow, I ordered one pink drink it took almost 20 minutes and it wasn't very good, but I ordered another pink drink and they took less then 10 minutes and it tasted way better less ice more strawberry and all above just better then the first one I got.
Made my drink wrong multiple times. First time, I didn't realize my drink was made incorrectly until I got home and took a sip. The barista made my drink wrong today again, refuse to even read my order again to check, and insisted it was made correctly. I ordered the exact same drink yesterday and multiple times before, the drink I got today look/taste nothing like any of my previous orders. Not going to come back again.
This place has the worst barista. If you want to be treated differently, come here.They were chatting enthusiastically with the person in front of me, but when it was my turn, they gave me a cold face. Was it really so confusing when I said I was paying with my card? Why did you say, “Oh, so you do have a credit card”? I hope you were just having a bad day and not being racist.
Sydney is outstanding. Probably one of the nicest folks to walk the Earth.
