Got three drinks, one was a cold tea and the other was not filled very much, not sure if it had whipped cream and in the 5-10 minutes it disappated and thats why it looks so empty but what a christmas present 🎁

Anywho, normally dont have these issues with this location, just a bad one off i hope

Usually just a quick stop for a caffeine boost. Baristas are always friendly and polite. Despite how busy they can be, they're fast. 10/10

I saw a customer being treated unfairly by a barista. The customers order was made wrong and instead of acknowledging the error and correcting it the barista made a point of picking on the customer and telling her she had to go back in line. The mistake was on Starbucks, yet they’re making the customer go back into the long line up to fix their mistake. I would be very upset if this were me.

Store has a rude barista. Long brown hair and septum piercing. Don’t know her name but saw her arguing with a customer who was in the right. She made a point of picking on the customer even though the lady wasn’t being rude and was patiently expressing her concern. Very disappointed that’s how employees think they can treat paying customers.

Ordered two drinks from this location. Upon waiting for an extended period of time for my drinks, they only gave me one. I discovered the cashier rang my order in incorrectly. When I mentioned to the barista that I had ordered two drinks, she told me I had to go back in line and place an order for the other drink. When I challenged her on it and said since they made the mistake why should I have to wait in the long line up again, she told me she would make my drink and asked me what I ordered. I moved over to the cashier to pay for the drink that was missed and the same barista came back over to me and said “no you have to go back in line to pay for it”. The line up was long and I was already in there waiting for my drinks for a while. I didn’t agree with how she was going out of her way to fight me on their mistake, so I said to forget the drink and I’m calling head office. The baristas response “Go ahead and have a nice day”. What a great example of extremely poor customer service on Starbucks part. You pay a high dollar for their drinks and in the end they have an employee who thinks they have the right to make customers feel small. All I wanted was my order and in the end I left with half my order and upset.

Highly inaccessible with their new design, if you have any sort of physical disability, dont expect to find somewhere you can sit safely or meaneuver to get to the bathroom, contacted customer service and the guy did not appear to care at all and mumbled through a script.
