Ordered a caramel brule latte and it was very nice. Should have been a little more hot, but no complaints apart from that. Baristas were also super kind and helped me order.

My daughter who is a serving member of the Canadian Armed Forces, and a big starbucks fan, went in today to get her "complimentary tall coffee" on Remembrance Day. She was told, quite rudely, that she doesn't have the app so she doesn't get one. Now if she was a 95 year old WW2 veteran, would they have been turned down too because they didn't have the app? Looking forward to hearing back....before I call Starbucks customer service.

Hi if uber driver delivery or other any delivery don't come pick up this location no one cares you westing your time, when you ask order how long it takes they will be rudely and said cancel if you want

Asked the person taking order what is your freshest coffee dark roast or pike comment was dark roast so order it as we are driving away stone cold (not the first time from this location). The thing that bothers me the most is this outfit charges double what other coffee stores charge and they have zero reason to put out a subpar product. It is embarrassing. Needless to say Starbucks Waterdown will not get another penny off me.
