I ordered on mobile in advance. When my kids brought two turkey bacon-eggs sandwiches with three drinks to the car i was shocked when I saw these horrible tiny sandwiches. I was not able to go inside of store as I was wearing PJs but it was such a big wasting money that was almost $6 each. Forgot to take a picture but horrible horrible terrible!!! It was smaller than tim horton breakfast sandwiches and didnt even see turkeys or one full bacon. Very disappointing. Won't buy food there never! again! I cannot believe they charge almost $6 for it that was not even $1 worth.

Just absolute awful service at the drive-through. Ordered a mobile order well in advance, and then was told to go around the line again, after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Rather than just giving me the two drinks, which is what they would’ve done in regular drive-through orders. I don’t think it was so much the policy, as the tone and mannerisms of the individual I was speaking with.
Very passive aggressive, and overall unfriendly.

Super disturbing experience today, i was driving for 6 hours, exhausted just needed a cup of water. Came to this starbucks, asked for water, they refused because they said I needed order something for water.
The barista's name was David. He refused me water, a cup of tap water... genuinely confused and disturbed that in ontario you cant ask for a cup of water from a billion dollar company. But i gave them no problems and left when they refused. Just upset.

This is the second time that I found weird objects on my drinks. The first time I found a blonde hair last Friday. Today I found a blue strand from a sweater on my drink. Unfortunately both occasions, I found the objects when I almost finished my drinks. I don’t want to give it 0 stars because I never have issue with this location before. But they need to check to see if something is odd here.

Despite being very busy, this location is fast and friendly. I walked out of a Starbucks in Guelph without getting served and stopped at this location for the second time. The washroom had just finished being cleaned and the server was quick, the coffee was superior and I left a tip. Bravo to this proud hard working staff. Keep up the great service and honouring the Starbucks name. I will be back.

Decided to place a mobile order for drive thru as some of the items are complicated, arrived early and they told me i had to drive back through as there was others waiting, yet if i ordered it in the drivethru i would of been served right away. Always early for pickups and never given an issue. Absolutely a very poor experience.

Visited via drive through today and had an extremely nice barista take my order and hand my drink at the window. This barista was so friendly, funny, and positive. They made my experience 10x more enjoyable. I asked, and their name is Nathan (mentioned they were new to working there) - I hope they receive the recognition they deserve from their management team!

The coffee is decent and the food is pretty good. It is a bit overpriced but that kind of expected these days. The service is excellent. The employees know what they are doing and they put care and effort in their work. This place also has free wi fi too which is a major win.
