When I asked, the staff told me they had no fruit and didn’t mention it before preparing my drink. Their response was dismissive (“it tastes the same, only the color changes”) and the attitude felt rude. Customers should be informed before paying for something incomplete.

We ordered just two simple drinks .. firstly they didn’t us and there was 4 people in shift and they were just talking and ignoring us like we didn’t there . We waited 20 minutes for just two small drinks.. that’s not how we treat our customers. If there is an option I will rate 0

The young man charged me for a large coffee when I ordered a small. It took him what seemed like 5 minutes to check the price on something. He then ran away and didn’t return for at least 10 minutes. He left his colleague high and dry. She literally had not been trained on cash and had a lineup of (incorrect) drinks to make. I truly feel bad for the staff here. I think they have 1 girl who clearly knows what she’s doing but they have not properly prepared the rest of the staff for their roles and responsibilities. I feel bad giving a 1 star ⭐️ review but it’s not a reflection of the staff - it’s a reflection on the company. Perhaps training staff during the summer at other locations. Set them up for success. It was so sad to see the guy ditch his colleague… I don’t think I’ve ever seen that at any workplace! *side note : hours later he did return and was working

Really slow. Seems like they put all the trainee in the same shift. No coordination. No leadership insight. Waited for the drinks for 20 minutes. Wasn’t this bad last year

I had a disappointing experience at this location today. The staff member with blonde hair handed me my drink and then tossed the straw at me with an angry expression. It felt extremely rude and disrespectful. I told the manager and she didnt do anything. Starbucks should consider retraining their employees on proper customer service

Service was okay but the drinks is so bad. I ordered the matcha frappuccino in here taste like another starbuck location that I had before and also I asked for soy milk instead regular milk they said they don’t have I know soy milk no much people drink that whenever I came there asked for something they don’t have it already 23 times I came they didn’t have soy milk that’s so weird. I would rather take the bus downtown to buy a Starbucks drink than buy it at school
Do NOT go to. Will sell you a starbucks gift cards but will not let you use the gift card. Would not go to if you use a starbucks card.

The people working here don’t know anything they don’t seem to know how a debit card can be connected to your Starbucks account and you can pay through the app. I asked for a cold brew instead of offer to make my drink with iced coffee instead of cold brew she tells me how about a regular coffee if she had any real knowledge about her job she would have offered my drink to be made with ice coffee. Worst Starbucks location ever!

Ordered a mocha cookie crumble frap. But there wasn't any cookie crumble at all. I have had it multiple times I know exactly how it tastes everywhere else. This wasn't done right.
