The service is great,the wait time was a little slow only cause it was very busy but the employes are so nice and sweet. I got 1 drink when I got there and I got one before I left the mall too but the first drink I got the forgot the cold foam so I nicley just went up to them and asked if they could add it cause they forgot and they just politely asked me to remove the lid then they added it.they were all so sweet and tried there best to make everyone Happy

Rude employee, I ordered a drink, picked it up and said thanks. I took a sip of the drink and the cold foam was not correct. I kindly go up to the worker explaining to him that it isn’t correct. He continues to argue with me saying it is right so I walk away and he taunts me with an “enjoy”. So disrespectful, could have been totally avoided if he just made the drink after I kindly said it was first asked. He redid the drink after my mom went up to him since I was angry and it was done correct. He made it correct in the end but I knew that drink was wrong and he still didn’t believe me.
I was waiting for my coffee and i was watching Hector work, he is genuinely so kind and attentive to customers. you can tell he absolutely cares and it’s so nice to see i just had to leave a review. I felt so instantly welcomed just being in the environment and i didn’t even speak to him directly. keep up the great work🩷🩷

Love this location. The staff is amazing and the drinks are always fabulous. Crystal is an absolute gem!
Order took forever
I placed my mobile order at 11:42 and didn’t get my latte until 11:58. The drink was good, but the wait was long, and others were still stuck waiting too. They really need to work on their speed, even if the store is busy. This location consistently runs slower than others, so if you’re ordering mobile, give yourself extra time.

Was here today and while waiting for my cold brew, I couldnt help but notice a guy named Hector working. I noticed him because of his impeccable people/customer service skills.
He was phenomenal with all of the customers and made each one feel important. He worked well under pressure and was just so pleasant to watch him interact.

I had ordered one of their gingerbread loafs but it was unfortunately sold out but had already paid for it! The guy working immediately asked if I’d like something else to replace it and I took the banana one instead, he then also gave me a gift card with the amount for the loaf as well! He did not have to offer me the gift card but he did and I wish I had asked his name to give him the recognition he deserves!

slowest starbucks i've ever been in. doesn't matter what time of day or even if you order one coffee, it takes more than 10 minutes every. single. time.
Horrible costumer service
very bad customer service, everyone there so rude wanted me to wait in line for a water cup and i did then i asked if i can get it now since i don’t have time they said they couldn’t in a rude way.never going there again
