Awful location. Took so long to get a drink i thought the entire staff was on their first day! The layout is meant to make them look popular by having the ones who ordered wait next to the line to order RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE! Not worth the wait!

I don't usually do reviews but here goes. The staff consistently ignore customers standing in line letting them wait. I order the same coffee every day as I work in the mall, and they never have it.(dark roast) nothing complicated. And this morning I watched my coffee get topped up with something else like I wouldn't notice.

I don't care if some of the staff are mildly rude, but every time I've ordered a drink from this location, it's been made wrong (half of the drink is foam, half is ice, when I asked for no foam or no ice lol). When I've politely asked for a remade drink, I've received flack with the exact same incorrect result. Tim's sure, but $8+ per drink here, no, I need it made correctly. I think the only barista at this location that deserves 5 stars is named Hector, so thank you sir for being awesome. There's plenty of locations in the city so I just go to them if I want a Starbucks drink.

The barista was rude to the customer in front of me and then distinct even interact with me in a friendly manner. The drink I ordered was full of ice and want even worth the price. I love going to Starbucks but maybe I'll just not go to this one.

I’m actually appalled by the staff in this Starbucks. Asked for a water (tap water) for my mother who is elderly and needed to take her heart medication. They would not give it and said something about a new policy. I found that absolutely ridiculous. Denying people water… what a joke

I get Starbucks very often, and quite often from this specific location. I’ve occasionally asked for an ice water with my mobile order as I’m picking up, usually NEVER a problem. Today I was picking up an order & I asked if I could get an ice water (I had no problem waiting a minute or so) there was only a couple of people in the store and I was told to line up for an ice water…I’ve NEVER been told this at a Starbucks before…I work in customer service too at a restaurant and I understand the stress of a hectic shift- but I mean come on it takes 2 seconds to fill up a cup of tap water…customer service goes a long way yall

The best Starbucks! The staff is always friendly and easygoing. Hector is the man! Always takes time to chat with regulars no matter how busy. Drinks always made just right and I leave with a smile everytime 🙂

Ordered on mobile phone at 2:30pm but they are not prepared my drink when I was there at 3pm.I was told someone took my drink so they will give me another one. When I come back again, the drink is still not there. And the sever wanted me to wait 5 minutes to get it. The online mobile system is good because it’s saving the waiting time for busy people. Obviously the sever from this location they don’t think so.
