incredibly long line ups no matter time or day you go. super slow service and the waiting area is super crowded you have to really make sure you hear your name. the lineups are always out the door. like everyone says drinks are quite hit or miss not sure if this is because it gets super busy so everything is made quickly but i agree. i’ve walked out the store with my drink tasting bitter way too many times here. with that being said the employees are friendly and i think they are just understaffed to be honest and that’s something that can easily be fixed.

Shout out to Ben! I visited a week or so ago and I asked for a Venti Caramel Machiotto without whip. They were swamped but everyone was pleasant and as he said he was making mine I saw him grab the whip and we had a quick OH NO moment. He offered to make me a brand new one - it was perfect and although they are a busy location the staff is always smiling and having fun - as they say "it's just coffee!"

Store is always busy so ordering ahead and picking up with the app is key. Hector is a fantastic barista and the reason why I am writing this review. Always super nice and friendly despite how busy the store is. Drink is always correct and yummy :)

Yesterday, Starbucks was very crowded. I placed my order and specified three times that I wanted a cold drink. I ended up waiting about half an hour, watching as people who ordered before and after me got their drinks. Finally, I asked about my order and discovered it was ready—but it was hot instead of cold.
However, I was really impressed with how the staff handled the situation. They were very kind and helpful. Not only did they quickly fix the mistake, but they also gave me both the hot and cold drinks as an apology. I really appreciated their customer service!

Excellent service, a bit of chaos at pick up - but it is a very busy location
Super busy location but pretty clean and nicely smelling. The order was not accurate. Girl missed to add croissant to the list. The serving order also weird, between mine and my son’s drinks was around 4-5 minutes gap🤷🏼♀️ other then that it’s pretty much average Starbucks.
