( im currently here) If you want zero customer service, food or drink. This is your place. Service is absolute garbage. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.
We flagged over multiple servers for menus that never came. (We have have been here for four hours, went to the bar for drinks when we were just continually not acknowledged)
Cover band we came to see is great. That’s the ONLY thing going for this place. There isn’t a lack of servers here. It makes no sense. We aren’t the only ones here pissed off either.
We live up the street, love live music, and often watch a lot of sports at bars. We were hoping this would be our new “watering hole”. Nope. It really makes me sad because this venue really does have so much potential.
I feel like the new owners are relying on the cover bands for revenue. If they put a focus on customer service, they would be packed. So, new owners, please focus on some very basic customer service with your servers. I didn’t get to try the food, because we never got menus. Maybe the food is ok.
ETA: the bathrooms have clearly not been cleaned in weeks. Which makes me thankful that I did not consume any food.

Went there to support a friend's show, the staff were very cool and down to earth. Great atmosphere with about a half dozen boothes, a raised stage for enhanced view and a dance floor. The food is made with love and care by an amazing chef. They genuinely care about the customer experience. Great bar for a great night out. Great to support local too, gotta love Stonewalls!

As a University Student this is one of my favourite bars. And I'm distraught that Thirsty Thursdays isn't run here anymore💔 This was truly the best bar and It needs to be run there again. My friends and I miss Stonewalls‼️‼️‼️
***New owners*** Previously, I was told that I shouldn't go there and if I did, to not eat there. So I never did. A week ago I saw a that a friend posted about a Journey cover band, South Detroit, was going to be playing in Hamilton. At Stonewalls. I checked it the fb page and was happy to see ownership has changed so why not give it a whirl? Glad I did. The band was AMAZING. The food was great! I got the birria tacos. The rest of my party ordered the nachos, a really nice salad, fries and gravy....and bevvys. No complaints from anyone. Our adorable servers, Lil T and Lil B were just fantastic. Attentive. Friendly. Very well suited for this job. Had the chance to meet Lynne. She's the new owner. So welcoming and kind. Glad I decided to take a chance and come on down with some friends. We'll be back 100% for the next rockin event!

This bar is under new owners and they seem to be very committed to making Stonewalls a fun venue to visit. We were there tonight for a music gig. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was a blast and the staff were hard working and very pleasant. This might just fill a void in Hamilton for a great place to dine, socialize and hear live music!

I literally walked there today with my husband and my fully certified service dog, upon opening the door to go in a man from the one and only table got up . This man stopped me from entering and said I could go on the patio. That is against the laws for service dogs and their handlers and extremely discriminatory behaviour. Shameful to whomever this man (used loosely) was. I would have loved to rate their food as we were hungry and willing to spend our money in there. I would never profile them for being inclusive nor rate thru food on any of my social media, very disrespectful. I’d stay far clear from here especially if you have a disability and need a service dog for medical reasons.
