I recently visited this Subway location and ordered three footlongs, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sandwiches were poorly prepared and didn’t match what I ordered - it really ruined the whole meal. I’ve been to this location a few times before and usually had a good experience, but this time was different. It seemed like the staff member preparing the subs wasn’t interested in her job or putting any effort into the order. I believe it’s important for the owner or manager to pay attention to the quality of service and ensure employees are properly trained. Customers deserve to receive what they pay for.

NEVER order from here, this location made me ill. I ordered on DoorDash and never have a problem with delivery from restaurants but this location must have had rotten food or meat they put on my subs as my partner and I have been sick after consuming the food.

I am disgusted to find so many bad reviews about this location, subway has never made me sick before but after seeing numerous people complaining, there’s no doubt that it is this location that is lacking in quality. This location desperately needs a food safety inspection and to re-train staff on proper handling & storing of food to prevent this from happening. Also would agree with other reviews that they put bare minimum toppings but drenched the subs in sauce. I will not be a return customer and it has put me off subway altogether.

I visit this Subway every day of the week, and the experience is always great! The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is quick. Nidhi is fantastic—friendly and efficient, making the visit even better. Every employee here is amazing and does a great job. Highly recommend!

I understand they are a busy location, but they need to read the instructions for the online orders.

Multiple times now, I've picked up my order and realized that either an ingredient was missed, the wrong ingredients were added, or that they didn't follow the special instructions.

Here is very unhygienic....one of staff using only one glove...she doesnt never chaged glove... touched paper bag, counter machine, receipt paper after she made food..... never changed glove

As a frequent Subway customer, I can confidently say this is the WORST location to ever visit to grab a bite. I have come to this Subway location many times as an out of town visitor and cannot recall a single time when they have not messed up my order in one way or another. However, I always let it go because I didn’t want to make a big deal. The mistake made today though is simply one I cannot fathom.

I placed an online order through the Subway App for two veggie delight subs. Sub #1 was supposed to have Canadian Cheddar, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, crispy onions, green peppers with chipotle sauce. Sub #2 was supposed to have mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, crispy onions, cucumbers, and ranch dressing. The key differences to note between the two subs is that Sub #1 was to have spinach and chipotle and Sub #2 was to have tomatoes and ranch dressing (as seen in the first picture of my receipt).

However, when I picked up the subs, and later opened them, they had made Sub #1 twice, putting spinach and chipotle dressing on both. So instead of getting two different subs, I got two subs that were the EXACT same. This can be seen in second and third pictures below as well.

As I was an out of town visitor and had already hit the highway, I was unable to head back to rectify this issue. So, I called the Subway location and told them what had happened and asked for a refund. The worker who answered, Aman, refused me a refund, and asked me to return to remake the sub. I told her I couldn’t since I left and she just kept on repeating herself. When I asked to speak with the manager, she told me the manager wasn’t there. So, I requested the manager’s name and number. She hesitated and then reluctantly only provided me with just the manager’s name, no number.

Mind you, this is not the first time they have made a mistake with my order. One time, this same location forgot to add tomatoes to my sub, and another time, they did not cut my sub into 4 pieces as requested. Because these mistakes were so small, I never made a big deal of them. However, this mistake is simply not something that can be brushed under the rug. It is unacceptable and the lack of accountability to rectify this mistake is what makes this situation all the more frustrating.

If you are looking to get a sub, please do NOT visit this subway. A better alternative would be the Subway on King Street in Westdale. Please do not waste your time, money or energy going to this Subway and finding yourself in the same situation as me. Customer service is key in the service industry, and this location has clearly proved that they couldn’t care less about their customers.

Cleanliness is not where it should be. I asked for a cloth to wipe the table down and they wouldn't give me one. Along with the bathroom being dirty as well.

If you make the sub the wrong way and the customer isn't happy..... you make another sub without arguing with the customer. Not rocket science.

No hairnets either while making subs. Disgusting

We placed a promotional order for foot long veggie sandwiches in this location thru on-line. When we came to the location in 15 minutes our sandwiches were ready to pick up and their prices also very competitive. I strongly recommend this Subway restaurant for your quality and healthy meals?

worst subway i have ever seen. i ordered online but still she took 30 min to make my order. i ordered veggie sub but she was making my sub with another meat sub with same gloves and she was rude too.
