I use subway almost on a daily basis, or atleast few times in a week, have been by served many locations in toronto, recently many times in hamilton, never had problem with any of them except this
DEC 9 Morning went for a sandwich footlong veggie, person serving put 90% lattice, asked where is the space for rest of the veggies, answer is that is how we do it here,
can we make space for other veggies, he took 5% of lattice and refused to give any more space for other veggies and told me i am not your servant,
the same person previous visit when i went, asked him if there is any deal, he said no deals, after the order was looking the signs there, there was better deals there,
when i pointed and asked he said yes that is a deal, no explanation why he said there was no deal.
when i brought that up this time, when he refused to provide more space for other veggies, answer is then why did you come here. i am a forgiving person, that is why i went there next time, see it might be ok, it is not only rude, unfriendly and zero customer service. i was wondering if this subway could be worst subway in the whole world in treating customers, i would advice customers to avoid this subway or get a surprise entering in this subway. enter at your own risk.
the guy there has serious behaviour issues, he picks up fight with customers for no reasons. zero human emotion,
he has an attitude deliberately damaging name for subway.
i have never seen a person behaving in any store anywhere like this. I don't do reviews normally, even it is negative, i dont bother, but i found a sense of urgency in this, even at the middle of the night, because people definitely need to know about this place and i believe few people like him can bring down any established brand in a short time.

I came to the store wanting to place an order. I kindly asked of there was a deal on multiple sub.

The young lady that answer me was kind and said to order on the app. I was having an issue with the app so it took me about 15 minutes to figure it out. I placed my order selecting two subs for the price of one promo and unfortunately I was unable to edit only 1 item.

I was physically at the store at the time. when they received the order so I proceeded to let them know which toppings I wanted on, just like we would normally. Toppings are free am I right?

I’m assuming it was the manager that began preparing my order. I kindly mention that one of the subs would have different toppings. I have never encountered such disregard toward a paying customer in any store, EVER! This man was so rude from the beginning even before I placed my order. He said, and I quote: if you placed it on the app, I will not change it.

But its only the veggies that I’m changing. With a very confused smile on my face. What is the problem? His tone got worst, I dont even recall what he said to me. Im like “wow, there’s no way a customer needs to be talked like this! Great customer service!

I wanna say, I am a very pleasant person in all my encounters, and the young lady working was very kind right from the start and there is no way I presented myself in a way that would have made this man treat me like this.

He cancelled my order! Just like that and sent me on my way.

I have never encountered such rudeness and disrespect anywhere ever!

If you want food poisoning eat here. I was given a salad with brown lettuce and slimy spinach.

Extremely poor customer service, staff are rude, the girl is especially awful, I bought a bottle and when I went to get water the second time, she almost snatched it out of my hand, she says give it to me, you will have to pay again, I say I will not pay because I just wanted to drink water, the girl is very stingy and rude to customers, they think they will be very poor if I drink a little more, and I don't think that when staff take food or drinks for themselves they pay for it😠

Very poor staff especially the guy and the girl who wears glasses. They were so rude, i asked to put little salt and pepper but they put so much and i ask them to change it or do something with it but they refused to do it. This is so bad, its so unacceptable. Very very bad customer servicing.

Was told they don't have meatball subs available because they are closing soon. Looked like they were more concerned about leaving as early as possible instead of serving people while open. We left without buying anything, and went somewhere else that actually wants the business.
