Was told they don't have meatball subs available because they are closing soon. Looked like they were more concerned about leaving as early as possible instead of serving people while open. We left without buying anything, and went somewhere else that actually wants the business.

Very rude employee, ordered online my veggie delight and just asked her not to include all my vegetables due to allergy reasons. She denied to customize the sandwich. She responded so rudely. She denied to tell her name and she did not have name tag. She had white spots on her body that’s how i am gonna know her now. I would not recommend this place especially if someone has any allergies. Not safe for health.
Service is terrible. The guy claimed I was making fun of him while I was just asking him to put the ham on the bread. Then he crashed out and threatened to kick me out.

Very dirty establishment. Food is never fresh
I have eaten hundreds of times at various Subways throughout North America with no issues but Manager at this location was aggressive and abusive. Worst fast food experience in my life. People like him should not be allowed to represent or own franchises and discourage people from eating there. I have a pic of the person who seemed to be manager if anyone at Subway head office is interested.

Hands down my worst experience in a while. My food was stale and gross and the portion of the meat was very small. I ordered a ham sub and pretty much got what tasted like a veggie sub.
I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

Almost escalated into a police matter. Ordered on app, guy suddenly got mad telling us we cannot have any extra veggies bc he needs to do it the way by the receipt. Did not fight him. Then eventually he got threatening and mad over me asking for napkins.
Never seen any service worker getting violent over asking for napkins.
Food tastes very bad too. Minimal toppings provided.
Reached out to Subway for assistance, did not get back.

Very bad experience, the manager is a lacklustre and very dishonest, asked his attendant woman for extra onion and all she said “we can’t give you onions for free and don’t come if you want onion”
Such a cringy place. Outright ban these subway and it’s manager and attendant from Canada.

05/09/2024 TIME 15.50PM.FIRST TIME VISIT THIS BRANCH 50 DUNDRUM ST.I ORDERED VEGGIE SUBWAY ONLINE.BY MISTAKE I DID NOT SELECT CHEESE OPTION ON THAT SO WHEN I WENT TO PICKED MY ORDER THEN THE LADY & BOY OVERTHERE TOLD ME WE DO NOT ADD ANYTHING EVEN I READY TO PAY EXTRA AMOUNT FOR THAT.THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND SAID TO ME GET OUT.THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER THEY SHOUTING IN THE STORE.PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE UNEDUCATED STAFF.
Asked “here or to go?” then after saying we were staying to eat, told we can’t and must leave. Not to mention the man making our food was rude the whole interaction, when my brother complimented his shirt (before even ordering) He ignored him twice before saying “ok”. Friendly reminder customer service goes a long way. We all have bad days.

Zero stars !! Washroom never works. The guys offer very bad service. I wish would not have gone to this location. The Indian lady working there sneezed in the food and continued packing the delivery order . Yuck , ? luckily not my order. Check other reviews and avoid this store at any cost.
I ordered a 6" sub yesterday and I could tell the bread wasn't fully cooked as soon as I opened it. I brought it back, showed the worker that the dough was still raw. I asked for him to remake it on different bread, he went and got the owner I'm guessing, who was extremely rude and said I was wasting good food, I told him I'm not the one wasting anything, if it's not properly baked that's his fault. Eventually they refunded my money but, I'll never eat there again.
