Ordered on subway app for pickup on 19th Feb 2025 late night 11:00 PM. The order was prepared by Gurleen.
I ordered veggie patty and veggie delight. Both sandwiches was suppose to be on Italian herb and cheese bread but she made on the white bread. Both sandwiches suppose to be grilled but Gurleen decided to not grill it. I asked her when picking up. She said she grilled it on my face. I went home and found the sandwiches were not grilled. Drove back to store and when asked she said she forgot to grill.
For the veggie delight I did not choose red onions still it was in my sandwich. I asked her to make it again and she made the exactly same sandwich again with onions. Not sure why !!!!
She finally made sandwich 3rd time and with god’s grace this time correct.
When asked her why she lied about grilling sandwiches she said grill is not working. After sometime she changes her mind and said that the grill is not in use and it will take 10-15 minutes to warm up.
Finally got my sandwiches at 11:45 pm. Took 45 minutes for all these back and forth.
Would definitely recommend people to check their order in store before picking up. Unprofessional staff with no understanding of customer service at all.
