Can't say im surprised to see all the terrible reviews about how far down subway has fallen with its quality and today is another prime example of not being able to follow simple asks. Asked not once but twice for the bread to be double toasted and in the end get home and unwrap bread is barely toasted and cold and I only live 3 min away. Had to come home and throw in the oven. What upsets me is more that the second time I even asked her if it was double toasted cause it didnt really look it and she said yup I did. Just another poor showing at the quality and service that subway now offers and level of standard has gone down and to even ask for a tip in the end is wild.

Every time I have been here recently they only have one worker working and it’s completely unacceptable to have one staff doing everything, they can’t do online orders and take 7 people in line that is just not realistic. You should hire more staff and not make one person do the job of multiple, its disgusting behaviour and makes me not want to support this location as I always feel bad for the staff they are slammed here. Do better.

The washroom door wouldn't open. The Veggie sandwich was a little stale. The coupon I had didn't apply to a simple 6" sandwich because it wasn't one of the ones from the menu.
Vegetarian options: The only option for vegan or WFPB lifestyle is the Veggie sandwich on wholewheat bread, that excludes meat, dairy and eggs (Whole Food Plant Based vs animal based)
Sanya gave us a very satisfactory customer service, she helped in explaining my every question regarding the bread and veggie, and ultimately served us a fresh big veggie subway, we are delighted!

Bread was not toasted at all Even though I asked for them to be toasted. The cheese was not even melted at all. Worker was plain rude. If you could go to any other subway i highly suggest going to it. They have much better service. Food is way better and mannerism exists at any other subway but this one. Don't waste your money they won't fix your sandwich either.
