worst experience i have with this store. the girl working there at 4.18 pm have no sense of customer service . i told her to toast it she just said No and blaming me you put so much sauce in it . bad experience

This location used to be the best in downtown Hamilton.
Lately this location is just as bad as the rest. The woman working was yelling when coming in for a pickup app order. Saying "order sooner next time" and seemingly swearing and hand waving. I asked what time do you close then? "......10" She says. You really yelling about a take out order a half hour before you close? If you want to close at 930, close at 930. Yelling about a half hour before close order is insane, you make subs, they take 2 minutes.

I usually come to this location once a week for lunch and my order rarely changes. Aneti has come to know me and my order which helps save some time, especially when it get's busy at lunch hour. I've never had a bad experience and so far has been pleasant.

Had a meatball sub for lunch. It was great. Amati even added extra sauce when I asked for extra sauce. Green peppers excellent. Bun toasted & then grilled. Doubled up. Would definitely go back there for lunch again today.

Never order before you pick app. I picked up an order and the employee came to the door that was locked and had a pepper in her hand and she was not wearing gloves. Always make sure they make it in front of you wearing gloves.
