I ordered a buy one get one free deal online. They don't have any tomatoes. I want more sauce. They said it's free. They gave me plenty. I mean, since you've already made this offer, you better be able to make it, because Subway sauce is free, right? I didn't get a tomato. Can't I add some sauce? If the service at this Subway is like this, then I think he can shut down. The clerk doesn't like service work. Let her pick up trash. I spent my money, and I was mocked for taking advantage of a two-for-one deal. This is so stupid!

My order took 30+ minutes to arrive and my cookies were bricks???And my sandwich was What is the point of paying these high prices 23.99 for poor service and qualitySMH... Isn't your solgan Eat Fresh or did you change it???

Worst service ever.Before I post this I checked the review and I find a lot very similar review. Too bad this is independent owned location and won’t change much after posting this.1. Very rude. No smile. And tone was very flat unpleasant with no respect. I know it’s fast food restaurant business but …2. Vegetables - what subway is known for? Fresh bake & lots of vegetables. They were putting very little minimum u can notice. I had to ask few ingredients again because I barely see they out there but not much change and I gave up.3. Bread was not fresh. I am not stupid. I came in 11:00 am. But bread tasted like at least two days old…4. I asked for extra sauce. Answer was no. Maybe this is a new thing but it was a first time I experienced. I re asked and they said they ran out of container. I had that from other place and they used big container to make customer happy.If you have a choice do not support this location.It will run your day.You won’t see staff or owner smile.

Seven pm 13 march went to buy subway the guy hardly cares and continuously on phone and when asked for 6 inches sub ,due to not paying attention was giving me 4 inches sub on confronting he fixed it.Man you need to pay attention to your customers.

I wish I could rate 0 star for the service. The service standards keep dropping significantly at this location. The new lady, Bhumi, shouts at you loudly and is horribly rude! We asked her to keep her tone down, in return she started yelling loudly. The experience was extremely unpleasant. Will definitely not be returning to this location.

why is only one person work at this location it is a friday night a 4 person line up and this subway employee is making delivery orders (slow as a sloth) are the people in the room with us because why are we standing around no order taken when it’s a 4 person line. There needs to be at least 1 more employees to make delivery orders and one to take the line. Ridiculous i go to this location because it is close to home but when someone is hungry and wants an quick bite to eat this isn’t the place to go definitely go out of your way to get better service at another location.

Wait time is ridiculous, only one employee working.... There's always a lineup here with only one or two employees.... Hire more staff!! Absolutely ridiculous in the core of downtown. I had to update my review .... The bread was stale...

Literally no employee there. Store closed at 10am since the employee wanted a break? Can you imagine Subway closed for a break?? Hire another employee or please don't make people drive 10 mins to locked doors !!

The new counter staff lady is terrible. She does not understand English, and while that might sound prejudiced, it isn't. My own wife is ESL, and many of my employees are as well. You have to have a basic understanding of English to work in the service industry. She does not.

Beware of employees handling money and not changing their gloves before handling your toppings. I had to call out the employee on this occasion. Won’t be ordering from here again, through the app at least; I need to see the sandwich being made from now on.

I used to like Subway. Weird to see a chain go downhill so much. I've been to this location many times over the years. It's always been hit and miss. However more often miss in the last several years.Today I had the absolute worst sub in my life. The bread was terrible. The "steak" was terrible. The ingredients were skimpy and not very fresh. Just a terrible, terrible sub. I can't get the gross taste out of my mouth.No more Subway.We need more Firehouse Subs. Jimmy John's would be nice. Hell even Quiznos. But mostly we need Jersey Mike's!
